THE SPACE: A day of play will work up an appetite, so relax and cook your specialties in the fully equipped kitchen. We supply both a Keurig and a regular coffee pot. The dining area has seating for 6. The living room is spacious, has a flat screen Roku TV,and a queen size sofa sleeper. The master bedroom has a KING size bed, TV and an en suite full bath with a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom has a QUEEN size bed, TV and hall access to the guest bath with a tub/shower combo. Both the living room and master bedroom have sliding glass door entrances to your gulf front balcony. Enjoy your meals outside on the patio where the view is stunning! There is a washer and dryer for your convenience. Ice is available on property in front of the office. You will also enjoy the key-less entry system - no need to keep track of keys!

THE PROPERTY: You don't have to leave once you arrive at this condo. Being right on the beach with all of the amenities makes Seaside Beach & Racquet Club your annual vacation spot! Enjoy all Seaside has to offer with amenities that include two outdoor pools, indoor heated pool (located in building 1), workout facility, picnic area, sauna, steam room, free Wi-Fi, cable, picnic area, pickle ball, tennis courts, shuffleboard and outdoor barbecue grills. You are located just steps to the pool and beach! Beach service for chair and umbrella rental is available in season only. Tents are allowed, but must be setup behind the beach service. Located near the elevator, carts are available for unloading your luggage and groceries.

Local attractions include mini golf, go-kart track, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo and Waterville USA water park! Drive to Pensacola and tour the Naval Air Museum or plan to watch the Blue Angels. Visit the Gulf Shores State Park for bike riding, trails and nature watching, swim in the gulf, go charter fishing, jet skiing, or take in a dolphin cruise.
