FIND YOUR ESCAPE to the beach at Seaside Beach & Racquet Club, #4208. This 2nd floor, BEACH FRONT, 2/2 unit will not disappoint! Book your next vacation here and create memories that will last a lifetime! Stay in this wonderful condo and pinch yourself for being right on the beach :) **This unit is listed for sale and there could be showing requests during your visit.

THE SPACE: A day of play will work up an appetite, so relax and cook your specialties in the fully equipped kitchen. We supply both a Keurig and a regular coffee pot. Our dining table seats 4. The living room is spacious and has a flat screen Roku TV. The master bedroom has a TV and an en suite full bath with a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom has a TV and hall access to the guest bath with a tub/shower combo. Both the living room and master bedroom have sliding glass door entrances to your gulf front balcony where you can enjoy your meals. The view is stunning! There is a washer and dryer for your convenience. Ice is available on property in front of the office. You will also enjoy the key-less entry system - no need to keep track of keys!

THE PROPERTY: Enjoy our inviting amenities which include two outdoor pools, one indoor heated pool (located in building 1, heated year-round), picnic area, workout facility, sauna, steam room, free Wi-Fi, cable, spacious picnic area, tennis and pickleball courts, shuffleboard and outdoor barbecue grills. You are located just steps from the beach and a private, coded locked gate is provided at the entrance. Beach chair and umbrella service is available in season. Tents are allowed but must be setup behind the beach service. Located near the elevator, carts are available for unloading your luggage and groceries.

*Parking pass must be purchased onsite from Front Desk or Security Guard after arrival, limit 2 vehicles, price is subject to change. *Boats and trailers are not allowed on property except when loading or unloading. You must make arrangements to park your boat and trailer offsite prior to your arrival. *You must be 25 years of age to rent. Proof of age is required to confirm rental. *No Pets *No Parties *Non-Smoking Unit. *A starter set of paper towels and toilet paper are supplied. Bring extra if staying more than a couple of days.

THE AREA: If you venture out enjoy shopping at Tanger Mall Outlet stores in Foley or SanRoc Cay in Orange Beach. Check out The Wharf for wonderful shopping, restaurants, concerts and the AMC 15 Movie Theater. Catch a thrill on the rides at the new OWA Amusement Park. Local attractions include mini golf, go-kart track, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo and Waterville USA water park! Drive to Pensacola and tour the Naval Air Museum or plan to watch the Blue Angels. Visit the Gulf Shores State Park for bike riding, trails and nature watching, swim in the gulf, go charter fishing, jet skiing, or take in a dolphin cruise.

Was a very nice vacation even with tropical storm in the Gulf. Would highly recommend to others wishing a special trip to Orange Beach. Close to restaurants and a WalMart about two minutes away.

We have stayed at Seaside 8 out of the last 10 years. We love it! This condo was new to us this year. We had reservations because we lived where we have stayed in the past. But it was a great location, great ocean view, great view of the pool and easy access to everything. We will definitely stay again.

We LOVED our time in this condo. The location was wonderful and everything worked properly. The beds were comfortable and the condo was well stocked and everything was as advertised. We also greatly appreciated the sand wagon that was available for use. We hope to book again next year!

This was a wonderful unit with beautiful views. I have stayed in many units over the years in different locations, and this was by far the most stocked for anything you would need for your stay. You just need clothes and groceries.The beds were comfortable and the furnishings were great.

Condo was great, loved the sectional so plenty of room for seating. View was great from the condo to the beach. Overall quiet, crowds were smaller since we traveled at the end of September. Overall a great stay!

Beautiful Location and Comfortable Stay!

We had a wonderful experience during our stay at this condo. It was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with Walmart, Publix, and several great restaurants conveniently nearby. Our favorite part of the condo was the BEAUTIFUL view from the patio overlooking the pool, ocean, and landscaping. We also liked the comfortable furnishings throughout the unit, especially the bed in the primary bedroom and the comfortable couch in the living room. The decor was very nice and welcoming. The sliding glass door was a little heavy to open and close, but once closed, it did an excellent job blocking outside noise. We were pleasantly surprised by how quiet and peaceful the condo felt, even during busy pool hours. We would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing Orange Beach getaway!

The property was beautiful. I will book here again. My only complaint was the security guard. He’s the face and voice of the property, and he doesn’t have the personality for that. Upon arrival, I was regretting booking here because of him. Everything else was fabulous. We just overlooked him. The view, and the condo exceeded our expectations. Rent this condo, just over look the security guards bad attitude.
