The condo was exactly as described recently, remodeled, incredibly clean, very comfortable bed well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture. Even though there is no air conditioning, the fans and ocean breeze through the condo at night were more than enough. We were actually too cold one night had to turn the fans off. would absolutely stay here again. Thank you so much for hosting us at your beautiful property cooking in the kitchen overlooking the ocean. The sunrises and the sunsets was truly magical.

The perfect place for sunsets and enjoying the ocean!

This condo is perfect for enjoying everything you want on the Big Island. The location is fantastic, 1 mile walk to restaurants. The condo was stocked with everything you need for snorkeling or going to the beach or driving around the island!

We had a great family trip for 16 people! Rented four condos and all were clean and well equipped. Sea Village had a great bbq area and pool. Close to town and amazing views! Loved the extra water floaties and beach chairs available in rooms. We will be back 🙂

The condo has the best view! My husband was a little concerned about not having an AC but the breeze kept the condo cool through the day and night! Condo was clean and had everything we needed for our trip.

The best!

We had the most wonderful stay at Sea Villages! Our room was perfect. The view was amazing and everything was up to date and clean. It had everything we needed, we didn’t need to buy anything once we got there. We were nervous that the room would be hot but it had a nice breeze and we never felt uncomfortable. It was perfect location and the pool was great. We will definitely be staying here again!

Our unit was nicely appointed. We found lots of beach items to borrow during our stay. The unit has a nice trade wind coming through to cool things down. Beautiful view from both inside and the lanai. The kitchen also had everything we needed. Condo facilities are great

Breathtaking

Relaxation is what my husband and I needed after my recent shoulder surgery. We spent about 75% of our time on the island in our condo. Sitting out on the balcony enjoying breakfast and lunch was so pleasant. Our afternoon naps in the living room were so relaxing with the sound of the waves. The breathtaking sunsets were amazing as well! This property will definitely be first on our list for our next visit to Kona.

Paradise found

We walked in to the sound of the ocean. The lanai is almost over the water. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook if you don't want to eat out. The bed was really comfy. The host has beach chairs, googles, cooler.. We couldn't get the Internet and contacted the management company. They responded within 30 seconds. Great customer service. We will stay here again.

ALL AROUND MAGICAL EXPERIENCE

We walked into this beautiful condo minutes before sunset after a very long day. Opening the sliding glass door brought in the sounds of the waves crashing on the rocks and the view of one of the most incredible sunsets I've ever seen!!! You are literally in the magnificent lava rocks! The condo is Lovely...beautifully furnished, well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed. The ceiling fans along with the floor stand fans and the ocean breezes provided all the cooling we needed. This was a magical experience from start to finish!!! Thank you for this forever memory!

Very hot

The apartment is extremely well appointed and has all of the utensils and other equipment you could possibly need. The balcony is great with great views and beautiful sea breezes. However, the bedroom is at the back of the unit, and with no air conditioning (clearly disclosed in the listing), is extremely warm unless the breeze is blowing in a very precise direction. Further, the bedroom windows are on the outside corridor and if open the corridor lights shine in all night and you hear every sound of people moving about the corridors and adjacent car park. there is a ceiling fan, but it just did not provide enough air movement to cool the room adequately. if the unit was air-conditioned, it would be perfect.

Peaceful getaway

Nice quiet condo right on the beach. Very clean unit and property. Beautiful views, had a large pod of dolphins playing in front of the condo most of the morning on our last day. 3rd floor up with no elevators made it warm for these Alaskans to get in and out of the unit, but would still highly recommend this unit! Having access to David, the concierge was awesome!!! He gave great advice and booked us on some great excursions!! Mahalo David!!!

Great place in Kona with unbelievable ocean view

The place: The "wow" factor of the view didn't fade, even after two weeks. The view is amazing, and meals on the lanai (prepared in the well appointed kitchen) were a treat. The unit was clean, and filled with many thoughtful touches (ice chest, pool noodle, beach chairs, etc.) Location: 15 minutes walk from the "main" downtown district of Kailua Kona, near beaches, easy to get to. Property Manager: Kona Coast was fantastic. They helped us receive a package and were always very responsive. In addition, they provided a concierge who helped book activities and provided information - David was great. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks all!
