Beautiful 2 room apartment of 47sqm on the 2nd floor with lift on street and courtyard near the Picasso Museum in the heart of the historic Marais.


• Semi-open kitchen on the living space, with oven, microwave, fridge, hob, high suction, kettle, teapot, coffee maker and everything needed for cooking and eating.


• The living room: with a sofa bed offering a bed for 2 people, coffee table and carpet, HD TV with, internet access / Wifi, storage shelf. Window on street.


• Dining area with table and 4 chairs.


• The bedroom with a 160 cm x 200 cm bed, bedside table and dressing. Small office. Window on courtyard


• The bathroom with shower and sink, hair dryer.


• Laundry area with washer and storage.


• Separate WC.


The apartment is rented with linen, towels, iron and vacuum cleaner.





The check in are made without extra cost from Monday to Saturday between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., there is an extra 35 € fee. Between 10 p.m. and midnight, there is an extra 50€ fee.

The apartment had a lot of moths. I counted around 50 when I arrived and when I told the hosts, they had maintenance come and leave a bottle of pest spray on the counter and the moths did not get removed.

Excellent location! Really nice restaurants within short walk. Very comfortable but I think that you have to prepare yourself for European standards, everything is very tight when pullout couch is used & small bathroom. I would not put more than 3 adults here. Nice that there are two fans provided w no A/C.

Perfection in Paris

This was a great property. Light and airy. The location was fantastic. Walking distance to shopping, eating, parks, and museums. Without a doubt I would highly recommend this spot and plan to stay again!

Great location

Great apartment in a fantastic location for getting about Paris. Only 5 mins walk from 2 different metro station lines. Near some lovely restaurants in what felt like a local area of the city and as we were there for the Olympics, it was nice to be somewhere more quiet and local. Apartment great, equipted for all you would need, plenty of towels. Four stars just because the apartment is a little tired but perfectly fine for a brief stay.

Cada Vez is well-designed and well-organized. It was spotless and very well-equipped. The bedding was clean, good quality and comfortable. There was a good supply of towels. The staff met us at the agreed-on time and gave us a thorough tour of the apartment, including the appliances. We'd be happy to return. Two small things - our email confirming our arrive time was addressed to someone else (at our email address) causing momentary panic; it would be great to have written instructions regarding appliances, including heating. The staff was very responsive and we figured it out, but written instructions would have saved a couple of text exchanges. Nevertheless, this is a five-star rental for us.

Great Location but communication is lacking

The location of this unit was great but the communication was difficult. It is more of a business transaction than having the personal touch. Pros: Close to restaurants Close to Metro Living space good size Clean Has an elevator/lift Cons: Had to email several times to know checkin process Be aware you have to give another 1,000Euros deposit when checking in Fridge needs to be defrosted. Everything got wet. Sofa bed is uncomfortable

Sehr schöne Wohnung und gute Lage - Beschreibung und Fotos des Inserates sind sehr genau. Für 3 Erwachsene passende Größe, auch für ältere Personen geeignet, da es einen kleinen Fahrstuhl gibt. Kommunikation mit der Agentur war gut und problemlos.

Cada Vez became my home away from home. It is a large, bright well situated apartment in an ideal location. Walking distance to the metro, restaurants and cafes, as well as other amenities. There were no surprises -- it is as described and more.

Location, Location

We were pleased to have found a place located in the Marais. The property absolutely meets the bill. The living, dining, and kitchen area were spacious and comfortable. We had occasion to be indoors more than planned as it rained while we were there and apartment was cozy. Our host was very helpful in providing information about the area, especially interesting restaurants.
