Close to beach

House was comfortable, kitchen well stocked with anything you may need. Was not pleased that the house was on a busy street. Also TV didn’t have cable, only streaming. Pros: Very Close to beach, restaurants and shopping.

Home had everything we wanted!

Great home for adult family members and a dog. Fenced in backyard kept was perfect for our dog and the dense palm trees bordering each side of property minimized noise from busy road. Kitchen was fully equipped and we used the Weber grill often. Separate full bathroom adjacent to Lanai was a hit. Best part of house we’re multiple outdoor living spaces with huge lanai, outdoor seating and very large outdoor dining table for family meals. A separate deck near canal provided a different experience. Big 2 car garage and close proximity to A1A and public beach. I missed the statement in VRBO listing about additional propane charges will be assessed. Please know that if you heat the pool for any time period, the additional propane charges will be material. Owner answered all questions and was very responsive.

This is a great one-story 3 bedroom house. It was perfect for my 2 pups, who could enjoy the fenced back yard, right on the canal. In fact, the backyard outdoor living area was so great, the humans spent most of their time there too! There was a pool, kayaks, a large dining table, and a seating area with a big screen TV. David was always available when I reached out, answered my questions, and provided top notch service. Great stay!!

Private retreat

This home is great. Fully fenced for the dog, private backyard, great covered patio, clean, well stocked, garage, office area, etc. I can't say enough. On canal and even chartered a boat that came and got us at the house. Easy walk to beach and quick bike ride to town.

Just perfect!

Beautiful house, great location, comfortable, and easy to live in. It was FULLY equipped with everything you need in a kitchen, plenty of towels and cleaning supplies. It is close to the beach, a short bike ride to the tennis courts, and five minute to thegrocery store and other shopping. Due to the Corona virus we didn't get to the theater and art museum and many of the great restaurants.
