Atypical stone house, exposed beams and old floor but tastefully and modernly renovated. A real air of nature and holidays in this house, breakfasts on the large south-facing terrace or the long hot summer evenings under the covered part will remain highlights of your vacation.
The garden with several fruit trees (cherry, peach, hazelnut, plum, walnut ...) and the 12x4 m swimming pool in the middle will allow you to spend relaxing and warm afternoons. All in the middle of the Boudouyssou pechs (visible all around the house) site classified natura 2000.

Parking for several cars + garden and lawn of 4000m2 + 12x4 m swimming pool + large terrace (covered area with table for 8-10 people) + large living room with TV and corner sofa + open kitchen (with large fridge, freezer, large gas oven, microwave, toaster) + dining room (with table for 8-10 people) + common area with several single beds and sofa convertible into a double bed + 2 bedrooms with double beds + 2 bathrooms with shower ( are one with large bath) + 3 WC.

We do our best to be there upon arrival to give you the keys, get to know and provide you with the main information, as well as on departure to have your feedback on the house.
In the event of unavailability, a person will replace us to welcome you.
