Logement agréable et fonctionnel, trÚs bien situé dans Cabourg. Plage et centre ville accessiblent en quelques minutes à pied. De la place pour se garer dans les rues alentours. Le logement est équipé comme il faut. Seul petit bémol et l'insonorisation qui n'est pas parfaite.

Presque satisfaisant globalement. L'attention prĂȘtĂ©e Ă  quelques dĂ©tails essentiels (notamment l'Ă©quipement de la cuisine: une douzaine de couteaux Ă  steaks dans une location pour 2 personnes: impossible de beurrer une tartine !) pourrait facilement amĂ©liorer le confort du sĂ©jour et la satisfaction des locataires.

Satisfait de ce logement louĂ© pour une semaine, refait Ă  neuf et idĂ©alement situĂ©: centre ville casino, plage, marchĂ© Ă  2 pas. Sylvie qui gĂšre le logement pour la propriĂ©taire nous a accueillis parfaitement. Tous les ustensiles mĂ©nagers sont dans la cuisine. Nous avions amenĂ© notre « air frayer » car nous n’utilisons pas le micro-ondes par principe personnel.La chambre est grande et une penderie pratique y a Ă©tĂ© installĂ©e pour dĂ©baller sa valise. La literie est bonne et en excellent Ă©tat.Ce lieu est ancien, c’est un ancien hĂŽtel du 19Ăš siĂšcle transformĂ© en appartements, donc l’insonorisation n’est pas optimale, ce qui nous a peu dĂ©rangĂ©s. Plafonds hauts, de ce fait on ne se sent pas Ă  l’étroit dans l’appartement.DotĂ© d.une entrĂ©e pratique pour s’isoler des bruits extĂ©rieurs et poser ses vĂȘtements d’extĂ©rieur.Dans la salle de bains, la propriĂ©taire a mis un lave-mains faute de place Ă  dĂ©faut d’un lavabo digne de ce nom et il n’y a pas de prise de courant en salle de bains pour se raser ou se sĂ©cher les cheveux. Cabine de douche fonctionnelle.Il faut savoir que Le WC est un Sanibroyeur, mais cela ne pose pas de problĂšme particulier, hormis de temps en temps une odeur dĂ©sagrĂ©able dans la cuisine qui disparaĂźt vite en ouvrant la fenĂȘtre. Signalons aussi une belle fenĂȘtre dans la salle de bains.Pas de wi-fi mais une tv Samsung avec la TNT.Globalement, nous sommes satisfaits de notre sĂ©jour dans cet appartement que nous pouvons recommander.

- Die Wohnung war neu renoviert und alles war wirklich sehr sauber - GebrauchsgegenstĂ€nde (Töpfe, GlĂ€ser, Tassen) fĂŒr den tĂ€glichen Bedarf waren vorhanden und in sehr sauberem, gutem Zustand. Wer kochen möchte sollte sich aber grundlegendes wie GewĂŒrze, Öl usw einpacken :)- Die Fenster können mit VorhĂ€ngen verdunkelt werden was uns sehr wichtig ist un gut schlafen zu können. Das Bett war etwas klein fĂŒr uns aber sehr bequem (160x200cm)-Die Lage war optimal. Den Ort mit BĂ€ckereien, einem Supermarkt und vielen Restaurants hat man in wenigen Minuten erreicht. Auch der Strand war in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und wirklich toll. Der Sonnenuntergang am Strand war sehr romantisch und bleibt immer in Erinnerung. Lediglich die Parkplatzsituation war je nach Wochentag etwas schwierig. In der NĂ€he der Wohnung gibt es aber kleine Straßen und einen kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz.-Die Vermieterin ist eine ganz liebe, engagierte Persönlichkeit die sich sehr bemĂŒht hat und den Aufenthalt angenehm und entspannt zu gestalten. Wir kamen frĂŒher an als geplant und sie kam direkt zu uns um uns den SchlĂŒssel zu ĂŒbergeben. Sie war auch jederzeit erreichbar und interessiert ob alles in Ordnung ist.
