Located in the peaceful village of Calenzana, just a 10-minute drive from the beaches of Calvi, Villa Maremonte is a modern and comfortable home with a private pool, ideal for families or friends.
Set in a quiet residential area surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, the villa offers a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a shaded terrace overlooking the pool, three comfortable bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. The whole house is air-conditioned for your comfort.

The outdoor space features a landscaped garden, sunbeds, and a private pool, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the Balagne region. Shops, cafés and excellent restaurants are just a few minutes away.

Villa Maremonte is managed by Case di l’Oru, a local concierge service based in Calvi. Florence welcomes you personally and remains available during your stay for assistance, recommendations and optional services.

Linen is optional: €30 per bedroom.
Final cleaning is mandatory: €125.

Wonderful house

A beautiful house in a nice small and quiet village. Exactly as described. Communication with Florence was great, we did not miss anything and enjoyed our stay and vacation very much. Can definitely recommend the accommodation.

Amazing house with beautiful view and pool

The house turned out to be even more beautifull then we could see on the pictures. Amazing view and pool, great location and a big kitchen with a lot of equipment. We would deffinetely recommand this house.

Everything is just perfect

We had an amazing time in this beautiful holiday home and would come back any time again. The house is 1:1 as per the description and the pictures. During our many stays on Corsica, we never had such a perfectly equipped kitchen before. You won‘t miss anything. The house is in a very quiet area, close to the mountains, but only 10 minutes away by car from Calvi and its beautiful beach. Thanks a lot to Florence for the very warm welcome and the great support during our stay! Juergen

La maison est juste superbe. Un vrai havre de paix où nous avons adoré séjourner. Nous avons eu droit à des couleurs magnifiques sur les montagnes au soleil couchant....un régal. Séjour magnifique dans une villa pleine de charme

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour à Calenzana. La villa est très belle, propre et bien équipée. Les alentours sont bien entretenus et la vue est magnifique. La Haute Corse nous a impressionnés, avec ses paysages à couper le souffle, ses villages et ses plages magnifiques. A visiter absolument Calvi, l’Ile Rousse, Algajola, la plage de Lozari, la réserve naturelle de Scandola, St Florent et le Cap Corse. Nous reviendrons 😊

Jolie location, très propre, très bien équipée, la piscine est super pour s’amuser, table de Ping Pong aussi à l’ombre en fin de journée c’est top. À Calenzana vous êtes au cœur de la Corse, un vrai village avec un très bon boulanger, une biscuiterie, une belle boucherie, une super charcuterie, un Spar pour dépanner, quelques restaurants pas mal (A Flatta ou bonnes pizzas). Le vol des Milans royaux est un spectacle quotidien, et la côte est tout près avec de magnifiques plages. Florence notre hôte est d’une grande gentillesse et de bon conseils. Allez-y sans hésiter !

Schönes Haus mit Blick zum Meer im Hinterland

Sehr schönes Haus am Berg im Hinterland. Küche und Haus sind bestens ausgestattet, Blick von Terrasse und Pool wunderschön mit Blick aufs Meer. Das ist zwar ganz im Hintergrund, ich habe den Ausblick sehr genossen.

C'était des vacances incroyablement belles. La maison est très bien meublée. La piscine avec coin lancement était super. Nous avons vraiment apprécié le temps passé dans la maison. L'environnement direct et la proximité de Calvi étaient particulièrement agréables. La Corse a montré son meilleur côté avec l'hébergement. La communication avec Florence était également simple et possible en anglais. La note globale est donc : Très bien !

Super Haus. Es fehlt an nichts.

Ein seh schönes Haus. Mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Super Garten zum erholen mit Pool. Das Haus liegt in einem kleinen Ort. Es gibt dort Restaurants, Bars, Bäcker und einen Supermarkt. Alles Fussläufig. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen.
