Empty DW & return items to cabinets. Wipe down counters, stove, grill, etc., if necessary. Be sure used pots, pans, plates, utensils, are clean before returning them to drawers & cabinets.
Return furniture & other items to original positions.

I am a local attorney and grew up a short walk from the house, which was my best friend's home in my childhood. I still live close by and am usually available to answer any questions you may have.
Why they chose this property
We enjoy the waterfront and wanted a property we could share with others. It's within walking distance from my house so I can check on it easily. It was also my best-friend from elementary school's house, so it has a lot of memories for me.
