Great place to stay in Fort Walton! This is our second time staying at this condo unit. Great owner and great condo! We like that it is family friendly and that it is a smaller condo building- meaning the beach is less crowded than other places near by.

My husband and I came for a much needed rest and refresh. That’s what we got…and so much more! The condo is adorable and easy to cook in with all the amenities. It’s a quiet area but so close to great places to eat and things to do. We are planning on returning.

This was our second stay here and I can say with confidence it will not be our last! Great location, close to destin dining without all the crowds on the beach! Condo is well equipped with everything you would need and you cannot get a more beautiful view!!

Our family loved the location of the condo. It was nice to be away from the high rise hotels. The corner unit provided additional privacy and the view is one of the best!

Beautifully decorated condo, with all the amenities of home! Couldn't ask for better weather, having the beach chairs and umbrella were great! Have stayed here many times before, owners are awesome and easy to work with. Highly recommend this condo for your next stay at the beach.

Great Condo and Location!

Great spot! We went all around Fort Walton, Navarre, and Destin, and it's close to everything without the crowds. Very clean, comfy bed/couch, and beautiful beach which is what we came for! The Boardwalk was a lot of fun! Fireworks, luau, returants, shops, movie night, etc. Had a great 1st time there!

So much fun!

Beautiful beach!

Vacation Paradise

Awesome is an understatement. The best sunrise and sunset anywhere. The fishing was great, caught 20-35 daily. The most relaxing vacation in years. Condo was great. Breath taking views from the corner balcony. We will be back next year for sure...Thanks Pat!!!

Great Island Sands condo

This condo was clean, quiet and comfortable. It is much better than staying in a hotel. There were all the features of home except on the beach. We have stayed here before and the condo has been updated since last year. It is located in an area where it is quiet with very little traffic. I would recommend this stay to anyone.

Such a wonderful condo!

The condo was simply fabulous. Actually the best location in the entire building. Equipped with everything you need. Pat was always available to answer questions and provide information. We really enjoyed our time there, it's a shame that the 14 days were over so quickly. It wasn't our first visit to Fort Walton Beach, but it was certainly the best! Hopefully we will have the opportunity to rent this great apartment again in the future. Thanks! Corinna and Sven

My husband, Ed & I currently live in Georgia and have been visiting this area for 35 years! We own and operate our own real estate firm at Lake Oconee, which is located 70 miles east of Atlanta, Ga. Old enough to retire, but not ready to give up the 'game'! We have the best of all worlds....living and working on a beautiful 19,000 acre lake in Georgia & owning a special getaway place on Okaloosa Island! We manage it ourselves and it's always very clean and neat. And, of course, the view of the Gulf is like no other!! We would love to share it with you! Emerald green waters, pristine beaches, away from everything, but close driving distance to it all. Stunning sunset views. No impersonal high rise buildings! Need we say more?

What makes this property unique

Small Complex, 27 units - 100 feet from the beach - Corner/end unit with it's own private entrance. Extra window in living area enhances the views and the brightness in the rooms, not to mention the view! Sitting on the balcony makes you feel like you could 'reach out and touch the water'. Dolphins playing and Pelicans swooping in for their 'catch of the day'. Convenient to shopping, restaurants, entertainment, yet away from the crowds & traffic of Destin. It's a dream come true!
