Très bel appartement, très propre, confortable pour 2 adultes et 2 ados. Il est très bien équipé, avec tout le nécessaire utile. Plusieurs commerces se trouvent en bas de la résidence ( Boulangerie, primeur, Boucherie, crèmerie, Tabac)Seul bémol, la chambre, le salon et la terrasse donnent sur une voie très très fréquentée même la nuit et l'appartement n'est pas équipé de climatisation donc impossible de dormir avec les fenêtres ouvertes à cause du bruit et fenêtres fermées il fait extrêmement chaud selon la température extérieure.Le séjour à malgré tout été agréable et la situation géographique est top pour visiter les alentours.

Nos vacances à Gujan Mestras ont été super... Beaucoup de belles choses à faire, Visites des ports, le centre ville d'Arcachon, L'île aux oiseaux, Cap Ferret, Dune du Pyla balade en pinasse,de superbes photos à faire... Juste un bémol : prévoir le nécessaire pour les piqûres de moustiques.

Super séjour

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour à Gujan-Mestras, l'appartement est idéalement placé, très fonctionnel, lumineux, moderne , seul bémol un des voisins était bruyant surtout la nuit ce qui fait qu'on entendait et cela nous réveillait, mis à part cela on a bien apprécié l'endroit.

La perfection.

Tout le processus est impeccable de A a Z. Le logement est particulierement bien equipé. Un reel plaisir pour ceux qui aiment cuisiner. Logement spacieux, propre, parking prive. Les commerces sont juste en bas de l'immeuble avec une excellente boucherie, une boulangerie, un primeur et une poissonnerie. J'y retournerai sans hesiter. Jai passe un excellent sejour. Petit conseil pour les plages: etendez vos recherches a toute la gironde et pas uniquement le bassin d'arcachon, vous trouverez des merveilles a 30min en voiture.

Location vivement recommandé pour des vacances dans le bassin d'Arcachon

Séjour idéal pour visiter le bassin d'Arcachon : situé à quelques minutes de la route principale, cet appartement est équipé de tout le confort nécessaire pour des vacances, y compris une terrasse spacieuse orientée à l'ouest, un grand salon avec des canapés électriques (équipés d'une prise USB chacun !) et une chambre spacieuse et une cuisine bien équipée. Plusieurs magasins situés dans le même bâtiment complètent le cadre, notamment un primeur, un poissonnier et un boulanger. Cinq étoiles !
