Unit 34C Lot 17. At Saltwater Serenity, your vacation begins once you walk through the door. Put your belongings down and grab a glass of wine. This home sits 300 yds back from the bluff on the ocean side of Highway One while still receiving spectacular white-water views.
The inverted floor plan with the upstairs living room invites you to curl up on cozy furniture placed around a gas woodstove with views of the horizon offering a peaceful retreat. Meanwhile other guests can play in the media room below. Enjoy DVD’s, Satellite TV, and CD, iPod dock or games and puzzles. An Elan multi room home entertainment system gives audio opportunities in many areas.
Cooks will not want to leave the gourmet kitchen. Have fun cooking a fabulous meal on the six burner Viking stove or BBQ on the Lynx gas grill. If dinner is prepared in advance, keep it hot in the warming drawer. The center island is a wonderful place to converse over that wine you just pulled out of the wine refrigerator.
Relax, your beds are already made. There are three bedrooms including a primary suite and jr. suite. The primary bath contains spa like features including a Jacuzzi tub with back and neck jets. A walk-in shower boasts three body sprays, two shower heads, handheld shower and bench. Unwind in the outside hot tub while watching the surf or stars.
This home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac between Walk on Beach and the Del Mar Recreation Center, which makes outdoor activities convenient. Outside shower is available for quick rinse after a fun trip to the beach.
Due to safety issues, homeowner suggests guests aged 12 and older occupy this home rental. Enjoy all the amenities of Sea Ranch or just relax and pamper yourself. For your convenience, bed linens are provided, and towels included with the Saltwater Serenity house. Surveillance camera in driveway for insurance purposes.

SEA RANCH AND SONOMA COUNTY GUIDELINES
Drones are strictly prohibited in The Sea Ranch.
Quiet hours must be observed between 9pm and 7am every day.
No outdoor amplified sound is allowed at any time day or night.
Maximum number of vehicles at house shall be 3 (three), with a 1 car garage available. No RV's.

Great property! Amazing views and close walk to down to the beach. Plenty of space for the group to spend out. Kitchen is excellent- has everything you would need. Wish the house had the keypad to get in, have to drive to Gualala to pick up the key and drop off the key.

My brother-in-law is in critical condition and his daughter and grandkids decided to stay home. Then, my husband needed medical attention so we left after 2 nights. It was too lonely anyway. Only used one bedroom, 1 1/2 bathrooms and kitchen so cleaning fees were excessive. A tv upstairs would have been nice.

The home is so wonderfully spread out— with the huge master suite, two large bedrooms, a big den with a pull-out bed, and so much additional space upstairs — that each member of the family felt like they had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the phenomenal views.Terrific kitchen stocked with every cooking tool you think you might need — even a waffle iron, which our little one appreciated. The den has lots of games and puzzles, including a few board game that looked brand new. The home even offered a brand new deluxe sand toy set. The hot tub seems to be a new, top-of-line model. Lots of familiar perks, and new ones too this time!We loved the ocean views from the top of the hill. We also saw birds, rabbits, foxes, and even a few deer steps from the back patio. Easy access to trails, and a 5 minute walk to Del Mar recreation center, which we used daily to swim and play pickle ball.Amazing home all around!

We stayed four nights, cooked each night, and used the hot tub, the trails, and soaked in the view.The rental company was very clear about this, though I would not consider the pull out bed a bed for anyone. It is an old couch, with a very thin mattress, on the classic metal frame. We ended up not using it and brought our own blowup And this did not make it very comfortable for a couple. I would consider this a max six person home. The house was pretty clean, but there was quite a bit of hair and dirt on the floors under furniture that hadn’t been moved in a while. The furniture is very dated and the decor is very world market Seaside.Everything else was in working condition, and it was one of the cleanest hot tubs we’ve ever seen.The kitchen is well stocked, and works well for a large group.

The kitchen appliances are top notch and was a good kitchen to do our holiday meal. Close to our favorite walking paths with wonderful views.Cons: Furniture very worn out, musty smelling and uncomfortable - only comfortable chairs were the dining room chairs. Master bed terrible and needs replacement. Master shower steam shower not working and needs deep clean as lots of mold in it.... kitchen has looks of equipment but very disorganized and needs deep cleaning.Bottom line - lovely potential with lots of deferred maintenance- would return if items identified above were improved.
