Redwood Breakers Unit 27, Lot on a private end of cul-de-sac lot, framed by the beautiful hillside meadow and coastal forest. Redwood Breakers offers sweeping, private ocean views.

The home includes two separate bedroom suites, each with their own private bathroom. Both bedroom suites offer king sized beds and large window seats. Bed linens and towels are included with this home. The primary bedroom features unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean, while the guest bedroom overlooks the adjacent redwoods. Both bathrooms are fully equipped with large showers, floor heating and towel warmers for your comfort. The spacious living area has commanding views of the ocean, is well-lighted and tastefully appointed.

The home includes a remote-start gas fireplace, a 55" flat screen TV, a Blu-Ray/DVD Player and a 5.1 Dolby Digital Surround Sound system with built-in speakers. The gourmet kitchen has state-of-the-art GE appliances, a large central island, and enjoys beautiful ocean views.
A private study is conveniently located off the main living area which features a large built-in desk and dual frosted glass French doors.
The mud room has its own outdoor entry and features a full-size washer and dryer and a wine cooler.

Exclusive outdoor living areas include a panoramic ocean view deck with a dining area, and an enclosed, beautifully manicured private Japanese front-entry garden with a patio area, hot tub, fountain and outdoor shower.

Home amenities include free high-speed Internet, free domestic long distance phone service and Apple TV for streaming services. Families with children and pets are welcome. The house is steps nearby hiking trails. Beaches are on the west side of the Highway, a short drive down the hill. Only ONE dog allowed please. The garage is not available for renter use.

SEA RANCH AND SONOMA COUNTY GUIDELINES
Drones are strictly prohibited in The Sea Ranch.
Quiet hours must be observed between 9pm and 7am every day.
No outdoor amplified sound is allowed at any time day or night.
Dogs must be leashed and cannot be left unattended.
Maximum number of vehicles at house shall be 2 (two), parked in driveway. No RV's.

Two weeks in this architecturally beautiful house with beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean from most rooms … including the amazingly well appointed Kitchen … was a wonderful experience. The owners have beautiful art, rugs and an extensive library. There is a majestic Redwood forest behind the house that you get glimpses of from the clear story windows.The only downside is just some over due maintenance of a house that has been enjoyed by many. The Living Room furniture is worn out and not comfortable to sit on, the appliances are at the end of their life and the once beautiful garden is overgrown. All easy fixes. We still give our stay at Redwood Breakers five stars. The nice folks at Beach Rentals were great … clear and timely communication and happy to help in any way once we were there. Sea Ranch at it’s best! We will rent Redwood Breakers again.

We have been renting in Sea Ranch for almost 30 years and of all the houses we've been to, this is a real winner.It's on the hill and we had wonderful days looking at the view. It is really easy to get to the bluff trail both on foot and there are several access trails with parking.We've always travelled with a bag of kitchen supplies in the past because usually some things we want are not available, but this house has everything we needed. The hot tub in the fenced in front yard is great, the garden is beautiful and serene. The layout of the house is also great with high ceilings and lots of lights. The bathrooms are also very good (loved the skylight in the shower). We did not watch any movies,just listened to music (best soundbar ever)We always bring our dog, and he had a wonderful time too, especially using the trail close to the house to explore the forest.Last, but not least, Beach Rentals is awesome to work with: professional, responsive,and personable.We'll be back soon.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family went up for my husband’s birthday. The house was so beautiful, very well equipped with everything you could ever need. The location and view were amazing, and it was way more spectacular than what we had envisioned. The only reason I gave a 4 star rating is because there were tiny animal droppings on the duvet in the guest room, which was a bit disturbing. There was some dog hair on the sheets in that room as well, which didn’t bother us as much, since we have a dog ourselves. We stripped the bed of the duvet that first night, and housekeeping came by the next morning and gave us a fresh one. I also found the same tiny droppings in the pantry on the day we were leaving. I informed the lady at the rental office when I returned the key, and hopefully that issue has been addressed. I don’t want to dissuade anybody from going here, as it really is a beautiful house, but think I owe an explanation of the 4 star rating. We would definitely go back again.

If you want NetFlix or Apple TV bring your own log-in credentials. Ant infestation is so bad you can’t leave anything on the kitchen counters. Learned the hard way when a box of 2 Fish pastries was overwhelmed 30 minutes after putting it down. Two lights in the great room burned out. Setting thermostat for heating needs instructions; none provided. Garden/courtyard needs attention; leaves on the ground got tracked everywhere.
