This stunning lake-front property is waiting for you with ample access to fishing, beautiful views, beautiful hikes and other amazing outdoor activities.

Our Rustic home offers mountain and lake views, right out your window or the large deck. Relax in the evenings while sitting at the large private deck or by the fireplace.

Our home is just minutes from Incredible hiking, snowshoeing, snowmobiling and skiing.

. Winter months 4 x4 or All Wheel drive is required.

Summer activities offer hiking, mountain biking, rafting, fishing, as well as activities in near ski resorts.

Its spacious 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are just begging for you to spread out, relax and wind down. Each bedroom has its own porch so you can step out and take in nature. You’ll love the spacious loft master bedroom!

This secluded, quiet home is the perfect mountainside retreat far away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Take a breath of fresh air on the enormous wrap-around porch and take in nature at its most beautiful.

Wind down on the deck and take in the incredible scenery. Hike St. Mary’s glacier, only one block away! Mt. Evans is only a 20 minutes drive, if you’re feeling a little more adventurous, only 40 minutes from local ski resorts. This mountain getaway is the perfect vacation/staycation spot to make all of your mountain escape dreams comes true!

We are located at 10,500' and with that comes its challenges. You are required to have a 4WD vehicle in the winter months. If you car gets stock in the snow, it will be your responsibility to take care of that. We do not offer refunds due to inclement weather conditions.

Wonderful Mountain Vacation

We had an amazing stay at Dreamcatcher! This was our family’s first trip out to Colorado and this property was perfect. Our group was 3 adults and 2 teenagers. The property had everything we needed, beds were very comfortable and the house is clean .The views from the house are breathtaking, we even got to see a mama moose and her calf at the lake! We took daily walks up to the glacier and did the white water rafting in town, which was a lot of fun. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for sharing this amazing property!

Amazing views!

We loved this cabin on the lake! The enormous deck offered the most beautiful views of the lake and mountains. The house was very clean and cozy. Huge bonus was being within a short walk to the trail for St Mary’s Glacier. Definitely recommend this home!

Great stay

We enjoyed the property and the location, although it could have been a bit cleaner and better stocked. Check in was flawless and Karen responded to questions very quickly. Be advised that the property is at 10,300 ft which may impact those sensitive to altitude
