If you require additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight parking in two designated areas: 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite parking lot (which also accommodates RVs and trailers).

WARNING: Please be advised that during the winter season, all driveways and roads may be covered with snow and ice, making it necessary for vehicles to have 4WD or AWD to safely navigate. Please note that we cannot offer refunds for cars that get stuck or require towing. Additionally, some homes may require 4WD or AWD during non-winter months due to uneven surfaces and dirt roads. Great Location
This was a great location and set up for our group of 8. We had an issue with one of the toilets, but it was addressed promptly. Check in process was a challenge and difficult timing with arrival and adjusting to altitude. Overall, we had a great time, and we would book again. We might just try to arrive later as we could not enter the premises prior to 4 pm.

Girls Weekend Getaway
This place was awesome for our girls weekend getaway. The location was great because it’s walking distance to everything downtown so if you split up to do various things it works really nicely. It was annoying that we could only have 1 parking space in the garage, but once we figured out the overnight parking situation across town, it wasn’t that bad. The check-in/check-out process was pretty confusing if I’m being completely honest. We didn’t know where to park in the parking garage (the tag is green but this condo is in the Chateaux which is purple so it took us a bit to figure that out) and it would have been nice to have more details. The lockbox code that was given to us was only 3 digits and the box required 4 numbers. Once we checked in, the place was perfect but there were a few hiccups and frustration checking in. Overall, I would highly recommend this place for a family or group of friends and you will not be disappointed!

The property was the absolute perfect location to access everything in town! The only down side is if you have multiple cars the parking situation was not great having to drive and park at the lots a little outside of downtown. Other than that the place was so clean and so nice! We loved our stay!
