Completely remodeled with high end finishes! Do you want to be in town or next to the slopes? Why choose? Treat yourself to the best of both worlds. This Luxury Condo is ideally located at the Breckenridge Ski Resort, Village at Breckenridge, at the base of Peak 9, next to the Quicksilver Lift, where the mountain meets the town of Breckenridge. Beautiful views of the slopes, Ten Mile mountain range and the Blue River. Balconies on threes sides of the building and off of each bedroom. This is absolutely the most convenient location in all of Breckenridge. Watch you skiers and the children's "Village" ski school from the condo. Walk across Park Avenue and enjoy a fine Mexican meal at Mi Casa or walk a block in be in the heart of town on Main Street. In the morning, stroll across the plaza to catch Quick Silver Twin 6 pack chairlift and you are on the mountain while most are searching for parking. -Paid day and overnight parking are also available in the Town of Breckenridge with free bus service. The bus stop is right next to the Village at Breck. Parking prices range from $15-$50/nt

Our family has a long history of 5 generations of living in Colorado. Of all the places in Colorado that we could have chosen for our vacation home, we chose Breckenridge. We have been vacationing in Breckenridge all our lives. Here is a picture of a recent rafting trip we took on the Arkansas River.
Why they chose this property
The Village at Breckenridge is the best location in Breckenridge. This is where the town and the mountain meet. The location has the Maggie Pond and many events in the Plaza at the Village year round. Breckenridge is a Victorian Mining Town and the town's people take great pride in maintaining that ambiance. This location doesn't require a car. Walk to everything. There is free bus and trolley service that is also available steps from the condo. Ski in and Ski out at the Peak 9 Quicksilver lift. The "Village" Ski School is right on the grounds. Beaver ponds are a short hike on the burro trail. Our family chose this location because of the multitude of opportunities that are nearby. In the winter there is downhill skiing, cross country skiing, snow shoeing, sledding, ice fishing, skating, and sleigh riding, and snowmobiling. In the summertime there is hiking, fishing, mountain biking, sailing, golfing, shopping, horseback riding, and gold mine tours.
