This property is in an ideal location. Very close to Biarritz and in easy reach of surrounding towns and cities as well as Northern Spain . Its proximity to the airport was a little concerning but actually the planes are small and infrequent and the noise is not intrusive . The property was spacious clean and tidy . Being English we missed a kettle to make a cup of tea but otherwise the kitchen contained most items needed for cooking and preparing meals. The bedrooms were comfortable but one of them could have done with a reading light or lamp. We only used the pool once as we were unlucky with the weather. However it was adequate and well maintained . The garden had a choice of comfortable furniture to sit in . Veronique the owner was very helpful and organised in meeting us to access the property and also met us when we left after our weeks stay.

Séjour très agréable

Grand espace de vie, immense cuisine. Piscine profonde partout. Selon les jours, les avions sont plus ou moins gênants, mais pas très fréquents. Commerces à proximité (supérette juste à 2 mn, boulangerie à 7 mn). Propriétaire très accueillante et très réactive en cas de besoin

Séjour parfait à Biarritz

Nous avons passé des vacances incroyables dans cette magnifique maison à Biarritz. La piscine était splendide et nous avons pu profiter de toutes les commodités offertes. L'emplacement est idéal pour explorer la région. Les hôtes étaient accueillants et disponibles. Un véritable havre de paix pour des vacances réussies. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Agréable maison a Biarritz

Tres agreable maison contemporaine avec tout le comfort moderne. Magnifique suite parentale, 2 belles chambres a l'étage. Excellente situation, proche de la gare, autoroute et 5 min de Biarritz centre. Merci Veronique pour ce séjour.

très bon séjour à Biarritz

Nous avons passez un super séjour en famille dans cette très belle maison à Biarritz. nous avons posé la voiture et nous somme déplacés à vélo, c’était parfait. la seule chose qui nous a manqué lorsqu’il faisait très chaud était un peu de clim à l’étage. je recommande.

A perfect week in Biarritz

We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful house for a week. Everything was simply perfect - the layout of the house, the garden, the pool, the kitchen, the dining area as well as the rooms. We stayed with two teenagers and the whole family appreciated that there were three bathrooms. Everything was so clean, the communication was swift and efficient, and Veronique was kind enough to accept my poor attempts at speaking French. An absolutely perfect week - we will be back next summer.

Un séjour de rêve une maison parfaite

La maison de Véronique est parfaite et bien conçue. Les prestations sont parfaites. L'accueil par Tania est souriant. Nous avons pu rayonner sur le Pays Basque nord et sud. La piscine est bienfaitrice. Le temps s'est écoulé trop vite dans ce beau Pays Basque. Je recommande Gochoki !

Bon et beau séjour. Maison moderne confortable et agréable.

Pour nous il manquait la machine à café la bouilloire la planche à repasser et le sèche-linge. Sinon tout était de qualité et de très bon goût. Nous reviendrons.

Nous avons passé 15 jours en Août 2019 dans cette villa très agréable. Très lumineuse, décoration soignée, propreté impeccable, bien équipée, idéalement située à 2 km du centre de Biarritz. Propriétaire charmante et à l'écoute. Nous reviendrons !
