Nestled in the lovely countryside between the villages of San Marcello & Monsano lies apartment Girasole. This new, light, airy, spacious & peaceful apartment offers very comfortable & well-appointed accommodation. Both the bedroom & kitchen/lounge have double patio doors leading onto your private infinity edge terrace and garden area - with breath-taking views of the verdicchio vineyards, olive groves & the Adriatic Sea beyond. Both bedroom and kitchen windows have fitted fly screens. March 2024 air conditioning fitted.

Apartment Girasole is not on a complex, it is the sole apartment available. Making an ideal location for couples wishing to maintain minimal contact with others. All facilities mentioned are totally private. Even the local green grocer will deliver to your door.

The owners Paul & Julie whose home adjoins the completely independent apartment, are always at hand to assist and advise you.

Great Rental

Schöne Wohnung in schöner Umgebung

Sehr schöne Wohnung, sauber, modern, schlicht, geschmackvoll, in wunderschöner , allerdings etwas abgeschiedener Umgebung. Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Vermieter. Eignet sich gut für ausgedehnte Spaziergänge.

Perfect place in the countryside

This apartment is part of a charming house nestled among fields of sunflowers, rolling hills which provide one with a beautiful vista all the way to the Adriatic Sea. The apartment is very well equipped, superbly comfortable and finished to a very high standard. The outdoor space is very inviting and will provide endless hours of relaxation and enjoyment. The owners are extremely lovely people and generous with their experiences and knowledge of the area. They significantly enriched our stay. We benefited from their wealth of suggestions of places to visit, to dine at, and to try the fabulous local wines. We are excited about a return visit next summer. We miss Sparky, the owners’ sweet dog, already.

Moderne, bestens ausgestattete Ferienwohnung; Sonderwünsche wurden vom Gastgeber direkt erfüllt; schöne Terrasse mit herrlichem Ausblick; tolle Tipps vom Gastgeber zu Stränden, Restaurants und Ausflugszielen. We fell in love with Marche over several holidays in the region and decided to realise our dreams and moved here in 2013. In 2014 ( yes, just one year of building!) we moved into our lovely Architect designed home, which having been completely rebuilt in a traditional style has all the comforts of a 21st century home whilst retaining some of the original warmth and charm we fell in love with.

Why they chose this property

2018 is our fourth season of letting apartment Girasole which we designed for friends and family to stay in whilst visiting us in beautiful Marche.
Marche is a fabulous region to both live and holiday in and we hope to spend many happy years here entertaining friends and family and perhaps making new friends along the way.
