Bien placé, fonctionnel mais pas adapté pour tous

L'appartement est très bien placé, au pied des pistes avec des places de stationnement réservées.Cependant, l'accès à l'appartement nécessite de monter plusieurs escaliers. Ce n'est donc pas adapté pour toutes les personnes (handicapés, personnes âgées...) ni avec un bébé (remonter la poussette à chaque sortie est difficile) . À l'intérieur, c'est fonctionnel et la cuisine est bien équipée. La literie est clairement à changer. C'est Inconfortable, et les 6 lits de l'étage sont très petits (non adaptés pour des adultes). J'ai du mal à concevoir l'hébergement pour 8 adultes, nous étions 4 et un bébé, la circulation n'était pas toujours évidente. Enfin il n'y a qu'une toute petite salle de bain et un toilette pour 8.

une location rez de jardin serait plus appropriée dans votre cas. Au vu des photos, on peut comprendre que le duplex se trouve en haut du chalet. Les dimensions des lits sont des dimensions standards.. les matelas et oreillers sont de qualité.

Situé au centre de la station. Commerces à proximité. Appartement donnant sur la rue principale et les pentes vertes de la station (orienté SW). Pas de nuisances phoniques (en été). Bonne qualité du bâtiment.
