Rental cottage furnished close to the nature reserve Gorges de l'Ardeche. ideally located (15 minutes from Pont d'Arc valley and 20 minutes from the exit Bollène or Montélimar South). Housing fully equipped with every comfort (air conditioning, kitchen, washing machine, TV, internet etc ...). pool area of over 280 m² fully accessible to share with another cottage of 4 people, all on a plot of 1.5 ha arboré.le housing has a terrace and private access. Close to the RD 4 connecting the Rhone Valley to Vallon Pont d'Arc.
Unique setting with exceptional heritage, many sporting and cultural activities available in direct proximity.

Fijne vakantie

Goed verblijf gehad, maar huis is moeilijk te vinden. Verder weinig extra zaken in de gite te vinden. Water in het zwembad is erg koud maar wel erg groot. In de omgeving is er genoeg te doen.

Idéal !

L’appartement, ou rien ne manque, très bien achalandé, se trouve sur une superbe propriété entre lavande et truffiére. La piscine, vaste et toujours propre, réjouira petits et grands. L’emplacement de la maison est idéal pour visiter l’Ardèche, que ce soit ses gorges, son patrimoine historique ou encore ses vignes, tout se trouve à moins de 30 minutes. Quant aux propriétaires ils sont accueillants, discrets mais aussi épicuriens. Bref un lieu idéal et nous ne manquerons pas d’y revenir.

Petite semaine en Ardèche

Nous avons passé 4 jours très agréables. Le gîte est confortable, très bien équipé et avons reçu un très bon accueil. A proximité des commodités et des sites intéressants. La route D4 proche n'est pas un souci car très bonne isolation sonore du gîté (mais séjour en février). Nous recommandons ce gîte qui est parfaitement adapté aux familles. Même notre chat s'est senti chez lui !!!

Agréable gîte avec piscine proche de Valon Pont d’Arc

Très Satisfait de la location. Propriétaire super gentille, accueillant et disponible. Gîte propre et équipé avec l’essentiel pour passer des bonnes vacances. Le seul souci que nous avon eu, est le bruit de voiture si on laissait les fenêtre ouvertes car le gîte est sur la bordure de la route qui mène vers Valon Pont d’Arc (Heureusement le clim était là :). Les plus de ce logement sont la piscine, la terrasse avec barbecue.

Vacances formidables

Super sejour grace a l'accueil extrêmement sympathique de Fabien, Stephanie et toute leur petite famille avec qui nous avons passé de super moments. Logement parfait et fonctionnel, une tres belle piscine spacieuse, tres propre et tres bien amenagee au niveau des espaces exterieurs.
