On the seafront very beautiful duplex apartment of 80 m2 with a 180 ° view over the bay of Lavandou, facing the islands of gold. It is located between the port of Le Lavandou and Bormes near the city center and in front of the beach.
A terrace will allow you to take your meals and rest in front of a dream landscape. Very bright it has 3 bedrooms with beds of 160 separable and large closets, two bedrooms with washbasin.
A bathroom with shower and toilet renovated. Fully equipped kitchen (microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, freezer and fridge, induction hob).

Eine wunderbare Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr sehr schön und genau wie im Inserat. Sie ist sehr gerĂ€umig und gut eingerichtet. Die kĂŒche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Einchecken war sehr unkompliziert und einfach. 2 Tage vor unsere Anreise ging die Klimaanlage kaputt. Wir wurden vorgĂ€ngig informiert und die EigentĂŒmer organisierten eine komplett neue Klimaanlage innert 2 Tagen. Die Anlage wurde sogar am Samstag eingebaut und der EigentĂŒmer war den ganzen Tag vor Ort und hat sich um alles gekĂŒmmert. Ein super Service - vielen Dank dafĂŒr.Die Wohnung können wir wĂ€rmsten empfehlen, wir hoffen wieder zu kommen.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser traumhaften Ferienwohnung direkt am Meer! Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar – nur wenige Schritte bis zum Strand, sodass wir jeden Morgen mit dem Rauschen der Wellen aufgewacht sind. Die Wohnung war makellos sauber, modern eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir fĂŒr einen entspannten Familienurlaub gebraucht haben. Besonders gefallen hat uns der große Balkon mit Meerblick – perfekt fĂŒr ein FrĂŒhstĂŒck in der Sonne oder ein Glas Wein am Abend.

J’ai louĂ© de nombreux appartements saisonniers au Lavandou, celui-ci est idĂ©al pour son emplacement tout proche du village et de la plage, pour sa vue sur la mer, pour son calme.Si je dois trouver une fausse note ce serait les toilettes dans la salle de bain.

Einfach nur schön

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dieser super Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Der Blick aufs Meer und den Sonnenaufgang ein Traum. Wir hatten auch drei Tage starke Regen, aber fĂŒr das Wetter kann die Unterkunft nichts. Auch in dieser Zeit kann man sich hier einfach nur wohlfĂŒhlen. Die Möglichkeit des privaten Parkplatzes ist super. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der NĂ€he und das Meer direkt vor der HaustĂŒr. Wir sagen Dankeschön und werden sicher wiederkommen, wenn es mal wieder nach Le Lavandou geht. Merci et au revoir

magnifique séjour

appartement idéalement placé avec une superbe vue mer a 400m du centre et a l'abris du bruit nocturne . une fois descendu de la voiture il suffit de prendre l'ascenseur a qques mÚtres pour se retrouver devant la porte de l'appartement . tout se fait a pied . pour ne pas mettre que du positif je dirais qu'un wc séparé de la salle de bain serait un plus mais c'est bien le seul point qui n'est pas positif .

Bel appartement au Lavandou avec vue magnifique sur la mer (spectacle permanent) à 100m à peine. Ascenseur trÚs pratique depuis le parking privé Isolation phonique excellente, propreté impeccable appréciée, lavabo dans chacune des deux chambres de l'étage, bon équipement de la cuisine. Dommage que le seul wc disponible soit dans la salle de douche (vs famille de 5 personnes). Bon contact avec la propriétaire et la personne intermédiaire. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Merveilleux séjour

Nous avons passĂ© un merveilleux sĂ©jour au sein de cet appartement. Parfaitement situĂ© ,on pose la voiture et on peut tout faire Ă  pied . La plage est Ă  2 pas et le centre du Lavandou a 5 min Ă  pied . L appartement est spacieux et comme la description . La climatisation est plus que apprĂ©ciable (surtout en cas de canicule ) . Tout est fait pour passer un super sĂ©jour en famille . La propriĂ©taire est trĂšs rĂ©active et sympathique. Et Nathalie qui vous accueille fait tout pour vous faciliter votre sĂ©jour . Wunderschöne, saubere und ruhige Wohnung mit fantastischer Meersicht. Ideal sind die beiden Lavabos in den jeweiligen Schlafzimmern. Alles sehr geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir kommen gerne wieder.
