At the heart of a wild and unspoiled nature of Lacanau Océan, between lake, forest and white sand beaches, we offer our luxury villa with high level of equipment, large bright living areas, private pool, terraces and garden.
Located in a residential area (Eden Club), the house of 97m2 is independent and has 3 bedrooms to accommodate 6 to 7 people. It has just been renovated in 2019 in the style "seaside".
As pleasant as it is practical, in its privacy, you will find all the comfort you want for a total success of your holidays with family or friends.

On the ground floor, after crossing the sunny entrance, a large bay window and window light up very generously the living room and a nice kitchen fully equipped, all overlooking a beautiful pool dominated by a large terrace surrounded by a garden enclosed by a hedge plant.
Upstairs, the balcony overlooks the garden from where you can admire the view of the forest.

If you like the outdoors, the pine forest is at the top of the trail, close to the house: you may have the chance to cross deer and hares which is the territory.

  - upstairs, 2 bedrooms of 11m2, with access to a furnished balcony with wooden terrace, where you can admire the forest and the sunsets:
       - a room with 2 single beds of 90x200cm
       - a room with 1 bed 90x200 and a bunk bed 90x200 (total 3 beds)
    The rooms are all equipped with wardrobes or storage cabinets.

The house is ideally located.
Activities within walking distance: bike rental, pony club and tree climbing at 200m. And of course, walk or jog in the forest.
By bike: access to the vast beaches of the Atlantic Ocean by bike path (10 to 15 minutes)
Sports: Lacanau is famous for its surf spot and organizes every summer in August a very popular competition. Golf International Ardilouse and UCPA, 16 tennis courts (including 4 covered) less than 750m, etc ...
Quick access to Lacanau Lake: beaches (without waves and very gentle slope, ideal for younger children), sailing, catamaran, paddle, kite surfing ..., inflatable playground with water slides and diving boards open each year in summer.
Other activities: casino at 1km

For your shopping, you will have the choice between several mini-markets of Lacanau Ocean and the big Super U of Lacanau City, with 15mn by car of our house, on the road of Bordeaux.
To relax, there are many restaurants and bars.
Lacanau Ocean also has many decorative shops and beach accessories.
Finally, for your visits and other pleasures of holidays in Gironde, you will be in less than one hour of car in Bordeaux or in the vineyard of Médoc and its Grands Crus Classés.
The Arcachon basin is 45 minutes.
