LA TRANCHE SUR MER, the Lighthouse.
Very pretty house with careful decoration near the beach and the forest including 1 living room - kitchen, 1 bedroom with 1 160 cm bed and 1 bedroom with 2 0.90 bunk beds, 1 toilet, 1 bathroom (shower, sink). 1 car parking, 1 south-facing terrace with garden furniture. Floor with 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bathroom with shower, sink, toilet.
Equipment: 1 fridge-freezer, electric/gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, electric coffee maker, vacuum cleaner, crockery and cutlery...television, wifi. car parking spaces. 1 decorative pan.
End of stay cleaning is to be carried out by the tenant. Cleaning option upon reservation: flat rate of €100. Linen is not provided.
Location: About 350 m from the beach, 2 km from the town center and 450 m from the forest (walking trails).
Provide proof of civil liability insurance with the resort clause. Holiday vouchers accepted. Electricity consumption extra out of season

The swimming pool with leisure pool of 370m2 and 4 lanes of 25m and a fitness area with a sauna, hammam and spa.
