You want a comfortable holiday, sunny, far from the hustle and bustle of the Coast while enjoying the tourist attractions, cultural and leisure offered to people who have made the choice to come to our beautiful region. Wake up to singing birds, have breakfast on the terrace, facing the sea in a beautiful green setting, recharge your batteries.
You will be able to fulfill your dear wish.
Roger and Laura will be happy to welcome you to the Mas des Oliviers where we propose you an independent apartment of two rooms in villa - swimming pool - closed parking for one car - two terraces full south seen sea - equipped with deckchairs - barbecue - table and chairs d 'exteriors.

The apartment:
Main room: 1 sofa bed for two persons + 1 alcove equipped with a piece of furniture with chest of drawers and bookcase and one folding bed of a square 90 x 200 cm - An equipped kitchen: integrated traditional oven - Ceramic hob - extractor hood - storage furniture - complete crockery and cooking equipment. Glass table and wrought iron + 4 chairs. TV 80cm with TNT. Wireless

An independent bedroom: 1 double bed for two people - bedside table - a large fitted cupboard + convenient inside + linens (beds will be made upon arrival).

A small storage cupboard in the hallway: Vacuum cleaner - ironing board and iron - drying rack.

Shower room: Glass corner shower + WC + Large washbasin with mirror.

Cellar room: Sink with furniture for cleaning products - Microwave oven - dishwasher - washing machine - refrigerator with 4 drawers freezer. Storage cabinet. Cumulus hot water.

Supermarkets nearby - 7 km from the beach of Cagnes sur Mer - 7 km from St Paul de Vence - 17 km from Antibes - 20 km from Nice.

Cleaning will be done upon arrival and departure.

Nous avons passé un super séjour à La Gaude.Nous étions 3 adultes et le gite était parfaitement adapté à notre petite famille, ne manquant vraiment de rien au niveau équipement. Les deux terrasses à notre disposition permettait, si besoin, de nous mettre à l'ombre toute la journée. Quant à la piscine, elle est vraiment très agréable à tous moments de la journée.L'emplacement du gite était également parfait : dans une zone verdurée et très calme à seulement 10 km de la côte ! La région est vraiment très belle avec le mélange mer / montagne. Dernière chose et pas des moindres : Nos hôtes, Roger et Laura, ont été très accueillants, très agréables durant tout notre séjour et très réactifs à nos différentes sollicitations. Bref, parfait !En résumé : Emplacement de vacances idéal sur beaucoup de points ! A recommander sans hésiter !PS : Encore un grand merci pour les confitures, les tomates ... et toutes vos petites attentions.

Séjour La Gaude

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, Laura et Roger sont très accueillants, et nous donnent plein d’informations utiles sur leur belle région. L’appartement est très agréable et très fonctionnel et l’endroit très reposant. La piscine est très agréable avec une vue sur la mer. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Magnifique séjour

Laura et Roger sont des hôtes adorables, toujours là si besoin et qui n'hésitent pas à vous donner les bons coins à visiter. Le logement est parfait, propre, équipé avec tout le nécessaire et quelques attentions supplémentaires toujours appréciables. L'emplacement est idéal et la vue magnifique sans parler de la piscine très bien entretenue qui est vrai espace de détente. Nous recommandons ce logement sans hésiter ! Encore merci Laura et Roger :)

FORMIDABLE !

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par la propriétaire ,avec de petites attentions très agréable! Belle maison, super bien équipée Nous avons passé 2 très belles semaines, reposantes dans un environnement très Calme et avec la possibilité de visiter toute cette belle région, des Alpes-Maritimes. Nous sommes heureux d'avoir rencontré les propriétaires qui ont su nous guider sur les lieux à découvrir. La piscine est parfaite pour se relaxer après une journée de visite. Merci à vous deux! Vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaren Laura en Roger. Fijne, ruime en complete woning met airco en heerlijke terrassen. Carport voor de auto. Uitstekende WiFi. Uitzicht vanaf zwembad en terras fenomenaal. Rustige omgeving en toch dicht bij de kust. Een absolute aanrader.

Le logement est très agréable, la vue est magnifique. Un grand merci à Laura et Roger pour leur accueil chaleureux. Ils nous ont permis de découvrir la région et ses lieux pittoresques où nous ne serions jamais allé sans leurs conseils. Nous reviendrons !

Perfecte. L'atenció de Laura és excepcional. Els seus consells per les visites de llocs d'interès fantàstics. L'allotjament és idílic, estavem en un lloc ben tranquil, a prop de tot arreu, però a la vegada ben tranquil. Molt millor que a les fotos. Les fotos no fan justícia amb el lloc, molt millor en persona que a les fotos. Hi ha tot el parament de llar que necessites. Mai hem estat en una casa tan completa com aquesta. Molt i molt recomanable. Si alguna vegada tornem a la costa Blava, no tenim dubte que repetiren. Gràcies per tot!
