Recent independent house located in the village of Borgrouaguer 20 min walk from the port of Palais and 5 min walk from the supermarket.

On the ground floor :
- A living room (23 M²) with sofa, TV, DVD, table and chairs.
- An open kitchen (12 M²) equipped with ceramic hobs, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine.
- A separate toilet.

Upstairs :
- A bathroom (5 M²) with bath, sink and WC.
- A bedroom with a 140 X 190 cm bed (11 M²).
- A bedroom with 2 beds of 90 X 190 cm (8 M²).

Very pleasant house with an enclosed south-facing garden of around 800 m². Animals not accepted.

Wunderschönes kleines Haus mit großem Garten! Hell, freundlich und modern eingerichtet. Offener Wohn- Ess- Küchenbereich mit zwei Zugängen zum Garten . Im Obergeschoss zwei kleine Zimmerchen und ein modernes, großes Bad. Alles sehr sauber und ansprechend! Man muss nur wissen, dass die Zimmer im Obergeschoss wirklich klein sind und die Dachschräge zusätzlich Raum nimmt. Daher gibt es nur Kommoden, keine Schränke. Man kann keine Kleidung aufhängen. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, trotzdem sind in der Nähe gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Strände mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten erreichbar, mit dem Fahrrad konditionsabhängig…😊

Schönes Haus auf schöner Insel

Schönes Haus, großer Garten, ruhige Lage, zentral um die Insel mit dem Fahrrad zu erkunden. Perfekt wäre noch Wlan.
