Apartment for 1 to 4 people, 35 sqm very bright, 3rd floor, without vis-Ă -vis, separate bedroom and mezzanine (Ht <1.8 m, staircase without guard), two beds of 140. In hyper center 3 minutes walk from shops, near the train station, the old port and the beach (5 minutes walk), in front of a park. All comfort, internet and equipment.

Free parking nearby. Rental by the night (3 nights minimum).

Holiday checks accepted and pets are welcome.

SĂ©jour Ă  La Rochelle

À notre arrivĂ©e, les anciens locataires n’étaient pas partie, alors que nous devions avoir les clĂ©s Ă  15h, nous avons dĂ» attendre 17h30 pour rĂ©cupĂ©rer les clĂ©s du logement. Comme les anciens locataires sont partie plus tard que prĂ©vu, le mĂ©nage n’a pas Ă©tait fait et Ă  notre arrivĂ© l’appartement Ă©tĂ© dans un Ă©tat pitoyable, nous avons dĂ» tout nettoyer. Mise Ă  part ça, l’appartement est trĂšs bien localisĂ© mais dĂ©conseillĂ© Ă  des personnes ĂągĂ©es (3Ăšme Ă©tage sans ascenseur) et la 2 eme chambre est en rĂ©alitĂ© une mezzanine de 1 mĂštre de hauteur (impossibilitĂ© de se mettre debout) plus une chambre pour enfant.

dans le vieux quartier de la Rochelle ..

Sejour de 4 nuits dans cet appartement suspendu au 3e étage sans ascenseur (personnes agées deconseillé ) quelques minutes a pieds pour etre au coeur de ville Port et terrasses ainsi que tous commerce.. c'est tjrs un plaisir d'etre dans cette ville si vivante !

Appartement trĂšs bien situĂ© dans le coeur de ville. Suffisamment grand pour 3 Ă  4 personnes. L'accueil et la remise des clĂ©s se sont trĂšs bien passĂ©es, la personne nous accueillant est arengeante. Un bĂ©mol pour le manque d'informations sur l'annonce, deux chĂšques de caution sont demandĂ©s aprĂšs rĂ©servation dans un contrat et Ă  l'arrivĂ©e dans le logement. Ces informations devraient ĂȘtre stipulĂ©es dans l'annonce pour en avoir connaissance avant la rĂ©servation.

Logement correct

Logement correct Ă  l annonce. Place en ville proche de tous ce qui fait que les fenĂȘtres ouvertes la rue qui donne sur le Logement est trĂšs bruyante mĂȘme la nuit, les fenĂȘtres fermĂ©es ca va. CanapĂ© en sky qui part en lambeau et lave linge qui n essore pas et lave trĂšs mal. Logement bien dĂ©corĂ© super pour visiter la rochelle sans voiture. La dame qui nous a accueilli est trĂšs aimable et agrĂ©able. Bon sĂ©jour merci

Appartement décevant, à fuire.

Appartement sale (poils d’animaux), moutons sous les lits, literie nausĂ©abonde, frigo douteux, rideau de douche dĂ©goĂ»tant, moisissures dans la douche, fenĂȘtre de salle de bain condamnĂ©e, canapĂ© qui part en lambeaux (Sky)
 Protocole Covid inexistant. S’ajoute Ă  cela les nuisances sonores de la rue RĂ©aumur, extrĂȘmement passante et bruyante y compris la nuit mĂȘme si l’appartement est trĂšs bien placĂ© par rapport au centre ville et vieux port. Bref. si nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© la ville et son environnement, nous avons abrĂ©gĂ© notre sĂ©jour du fait des conditions d’hĂ©bergement.

J'ai bien apprécié mon séjour dans cet appartement bien cossu et conforme à l'annonce. Bien situé et à proximité de tout . Je le recommande fortement aux futurs vacanciers . Je tiens à préciser également l'excellent et chaleureux accueil de Madame Scarazzeti. J'ai passé un agréable séjour et compte bien revenir l'année prochaine . Cordialement

Un petit appartement central

L'appartement au 3Ăšme Ă©tage ( sans ascenseur) est bien situĂ© par rapport au centre ville rapidement accessible Ă  pieds. La voiture peut ĂȘtre garĂ©e gratuitement dans un parking Ă  proximitĂ©. En pĂ©riodes chaudes, l'appartement mĂ©riterait un ou deux ventilateurs. Pas de WiFi. Le sĂ©jour dans cet appartement fut agrĂ©able.

TrÚs bien situé

Appartement trÚs bien situé en ville, par contre trÚs difficile de stationner. Dommage qu'il n'y a pas la wifi, la télévision a beaucoup de mal à capter les chaßnes, difficile d'avoir TF1 et M6. Manque de vaisselle. La Dame qui nous accueil est trÚs disponible, à l'écoute, cela est trÚs appréciable.
