Only a few steps away from Park City Mountain Resorts' main chairlift, the Payday lift, and located at the base of Park City Mountain Resort, the Silver King offers chic ski town luxury partnered with a prime and convenient location. You'll revel in the amenities offered such as jetted tubs, ski lockers, wood-burning fireplaces, and an indoor/outdoor heated pool.

**PROPERTY OVERVIEW**

Welcome to our top floor mountain ski condo 1 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom at the Silver King!
Beautifully remodeled, this spacious condo is located steps away from the base of Park City Mountain Resort. A short walk to historic Main Street, shopping, and entertainment. This unit comes equipped with additional sleeping options despite being a one-bedroom unit. A King bed in the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and an additional King bed in the nook space across from the living room make this unit ideal for multiple friends staying together or a family. Each king bed has new premium bedding and blankets to maximize your comfort. There is also a full-sized pull-out sofa bed in the living room. The en suite bathroom contains a jetted tub, and there is a wood-burning fireplace in the living room. The unit is fully equipped with towels, linens, cutlery, coffee supplies, and cooking utensils. You will find everything you need to make this condo your home throughout your stay. Come relax by the pool or take a dip in the hot tub after a long day skiing. New HDTV's in both the living room and bedroom with Smart TV and Cable TV. Amenities also include a free shuttle stop that takes you anywhere in town, year-round heated indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub, underground parking lot, ski lockers, an in-unit washer and dryer. A perfect mountain condo for any time during the year.

**LOCATION**

This condo is in one the best locations in town. Just steps from the base of the Park City Mountain Resort. Only 0.3 miles to the closest grocery store (Fresh Market) and 0.4 miles to fast food, sporting goods stores, movie theaters, car rentals and more! Perfect location for the Sundance Film Festival. It's only a five-minute walk to Historic Main Street. 1.1 miles to the Egyptian Theater and other Sundance Film Festival venues.

**GETTING AROUND**

The free bus stops directly outside the building. It will take you anywhere you need to go in town for no cost, and you can take your sporting equipment on the bus wherever you go. When you stay at this condo, you won't need a car. All shops, restaurants and retail stores are within walking distance.
If you do require transport, our company can provide it. Alternatively throw the skis on your shoulder and it's just a short two-minute walk to the ski resort.

Perfect location

This was the perfect spot for a ski vacation. A quick walk to the base of PC Mtn and right on to the life. The pool was lovely, gym was sufficiently equipped. Would certainly stay here again.

Great location, clean and spacious!

The property was very conveniently near the base of Park City ski area. We were a 5 minute walk to the lifts. The city bus stops right in front of the lobby, so transportation was easy. The beds were very comfortable and the furniture was nice.

Wonderful spot to get away

Check in was easy. Parking was easy and the space was clean, bright and a perfect getaway. Access to Main Street was easy with the free shuttle bus that picks up and drops off just in front of the silver king. Not a lot of cooking tools but why cook with all of the great restaurants. Loved every bit of our stay.

Great place!

Beautiful, clean, well -stocked room!! Communication was great with the owner. Can't beat the location. Only downside was the memory foam mattress on the bedroom bed. You sink in 5 inches and overheat quickly... We ended up sleeping in the second bed after the first 3 nights.Overall, 5 stars and would highly recommend!

Quick Trip w/ Ultimate Convenience

Location, location, location. Walk out the back door and you are at Park City Mountain. No need for a rental car - Uber in and use the free bus system to get everywhere. And throw in a hot tub and sauna too. Great accommodations. Park City is my new fave.

Roomy!

Lovely condo! I don't think you could get a closer condo to the slopes in Park City! Plenty of room for our family of 4! A plus was that it had a washer and dryer in the unit. The washer and dryer can only be used for small loads but it was so nice to be able to do a couple of loads of laundry while we were there. Loved the architectural features of the condo. The condo was very clean. Was so nice to have underground parking. The indoor hot tub and heated pool were great after a day of skiing.

Great place after choppy check-in

Perfect for skiing and hanging out. Walkable to slopes through a small parking lot, free bus to downtown right in front. Only issue was at check-in. Got there late and the instructions provided weren't correct. Took an extra 40 minutes at 1am to figure things out, and ultimately I had to find someone there myself to help. Fine if you get there during normal hours, but they need to correct the afterhours check-in process.

We had some issues with the A/C, specifically the air handler fan was rattling so loud, we couldn’t sleep in the main bedroom. The entire wall shook. We called the host and they were timely in their response and said they would get it fixed.

Great place!

It was not our first stay at Silver King. The apartment 502 was great, fully stocked with everything ones could need for a nice vacation. Nice layout, kitchen had everything for cooking breakfast, lunch and dinner! Loved the washer and dryer in the unit! Clean bathrooms. Comfortable beds! Great design of the place! Our only issue was with the heater/AC, it was very loud which was very noticeable during the nights. I hope there's a plan in the future to fix that problem. We would've been comfortable turning it off for the nights, but our daughter slept in the nook on the other king bed and that area got very cold without the heater running all night, so we had to keep it on. Other then that we had a very comfortable stay and would return again.

Ski getaway

If all you are looking for is location, location, location this is the spot. Literally walk out of the back door of the complex, cross the street/parking lot and you are at the Park City ski lift. Can't say enough about that. However, the unit itself needs A LOT of TLC. My first comment is that if you are going to advertise a pull-out sofa bed it should actually be usable. There is no way that anyone could sleep on this pull-out and my husband and son ended up sharing a bed instead of using it. My second comment is that the owners need to check with the cleaning crew as when we shifted furniture to try the pull-out the amount of crumbs/Cheerios/YUCK that was under the sofa and chairs was really gross. Basically the whole unit just needs a complete update - cabinet doors broken, holes in the wall, lights not working, etc. Again, if all you care about is location this place is fantastic but we were very disappointed with the actual condition of the unit.

Love the location. Easy access to skiing, Park City Mountain shops and the bus to head around town stops right in front of the Silver King. Condo was lovely. Everything we needed a long weekend. Will be back!
