Condo, Studio + Bunk Area, 1 Bath, (Sleeps 4)
Mike and I have four boys Garrett & Austin (both 26), Marshall 23 and Kaelan 15. We all enjoy outdoor activities and my boys like to play hard. Therefore , we keep orthopedics and PT’s busy. Our family is originally from Louisiana/Florida, where Garrett & Austin live/work. Marshall is an officer in the U.S. Coast Guard and Kaelan in attending Park City High School. As if four boys aren’t enough, we also have four precious dogs, Gizmo, Szumo, Szake & Szujo. Zitty, our female cat, runs the show. Since we have five pets, we have taken up camping (5th wheel) and really enjoy taking them with us to the beautiful/unique parks in Utah and surrounding areas.
Owner purchased this Condo in 2011
Why Owner chose Park City Mountain Resort
We purchased this condo because of its Location #1, Location #2, Location #3, and Location #4. Location #1 is the condo’s ski-in, ski-out convenience. Location #2 is the easy walk to town and easy access to the Park City shuttle bus transportation system. Location #3 is having a ground floor end unit that has a walk out deck. No walking down the hall and then taking stairs or elevator, instead you just exit off the deck to the activities. Location #4 is the complex’s beautiful setting, tucked up next to slopes, but there is still the feeling that you are in the woods.
What makes this Condo unique
It is convenience to step right out to the base of three ski runs and the locker storage is just a few doors down from our condo. We also enjoy the large hot tub, tennis courts, and fitness center. We love the condo’s proximity to Old Town, and just outside the office is the bus system stop, cross country skiing, snow shoeing and biking. In the summer/fall the complex’s scenic location makes such a peaceful, relaxing setting to have a picnic and enjoy the gorgeous summer/fall days.

True ski in/ski out. Very nice, no issues. 5 star
Property is remodeled very nicely. Small bunk beds are a plus for kids. Kitchen well equipped. Good communication with owner. No issues. One of the nicer VRBO I have found in Park City. True value is in the ski in/ski out location.
We loved it!
The property was as nice and clean in person as in the pictures. It was perfect for a family of 4. The owners were great to work with too!
Another great ski vacation
This is our second year staying in this condo. Mike and Sharon left us a very welcome basket of snacks. Being a studio it is perfect for my wife and I. The cable box had quit and Mike was very prompt in getting a replacement. The Murphy bed has been quite comfortable. I would recommend some slippers or slip on shoes as the tile floor can get chilly. We pack light and plan on a load of laundry mid week, next time will use the extra luggage room for a bathrobe for the trek to the hot tub. We brought flip flops for the wet walk back. Location to the slopes bus stop and town is excellent. See you next year!!!!
very clean, tidy and convenient. would enjoy renting again.
Second time we’ve stayed in this unit - well appointed and very nice. It is a studio w murphy bed, but also has 2 bunks. True ski in / ski out, and the ski locker room and hill access are on same floor as the unit which is super convenient.. Pool/hot tub and work out room are likewise quick access. Great owner very responsive.
Great for family with small kids
We have stayed at this condo 2 years in a row for our ski vacation. The location is ideal at the Park City base next to the ski lifts. The owners are extremely helpful and super quick to respond to any questions you may have. The size of the condo is perfect for our family of 4 as our 2 children (both under 12) love sleeping in the bunk beds. Also, the hottub in the facility is a short walk away and perfect after a long day on the slopes. Love this place!
