This rental, exposed SOUTH is arranged with taste, close to the village of Crozon (5 MIN on foot), the beaches and the GR34 trail.

Family house of 120m2 spacious and bright. Large terrace on raised and closed ground.

* ground floor: large living room overlooking the terrace and garden, with TV and internet access - fitted kitchen also overlooking the terrace. - bedroom (140x190) - bathroom - separate toilet.

* Upstairs: a mezzanine - a bathroom - 3 bedrooms (160x200 / 140x190 / 90x190) - Separate toilet.

* Baby / child equipment: high chair, cot with its mattress, toilet pot and toilet reducer.

* Outside: landscaped garden, terrace with barbecue / gas grill, parking space and a large storage space in the basement of the house to store your bikes, boards, ...

It is located 600 m from the town of Crozon where you can find its small daily market and the big fair in the summer on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month and shops.

- Morgat 2 km (free shuttle for Tuesdays from Morgat mid-July to mid-August 600 m from the house)

On the peninsula, you can enjoy water sports, paddle or kayak trips in the sea caves, for hikers the GR34 coastal path.

Das Haus war sehr schön und es war alles da, was man brauchte. Ein herrlicher Wintergarten war der Platz wo wir uns am meisten aufhielten. Dazu nur 10 min zu Fuß zum Zentrum und 800 m zur KĂŒste. Einfach herrlich

Wir waren im Juli 2025 mit zwei Familien (7 Personen und ein Hund) im Ferienhaus zu Gast. Das Haus ist sehr gerĂ€umig und entsprechend der Beschreibung eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Es liegt unweit vom Stadtzentrum, so dass man EinkĂ€ufe auch ohne weiteres fußlĂ€ufig erledigen kann. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr positiv. Bei Bedarf war er immer erreichbar und wĂ€re auch sehr schnell im Haus gewesen, da er quasi gleich um die Ecke wohnt.Der Check-in und Check-out waren unkompliziert und sehr schnell erledigt. Auf Grund der langen An- und Abreise mussten wir an einem Sonntagmorgen sehr zeitig starten, was den Vermieter aber auch nicht störte. Wir verbrachten zwei sehr schöne Wochen in Crozon und werden mit Sicherheit nochmal wieder kommen.

Procédure d'arrivée et de départ à revoir !

1/La procĂ©dure d'arrivĂ©e nous occasionnant une attente de plus de 50 minutes pour disposer des clĂ©s alors que nous venions de faire plus de 1100 kms tout comme la procĂ©dure de dĂ©part nous obligeant Ă  dĂ©poser les clĂ©s dehors... Dans ces conditions, une boĂźte Ă  clefs s'avĂšre judicieux ! 2/La mĂ©diocritĂ© de l'isolation phonique de la maison impactant clairement notre tranquillitĂ© durant le sĂ©jour... 3/La gaziniĂšre avec une plaque Ă©lectrique hors d' Ăąge mĂ©rite d'ĂȘtre remplacĂ©e sur le champ ! 4/ Le grille-pain 1er prix est tellement grippĂ© qu'il s'avĂšre inutilisable ! 5/ De plus, la circulation rue du menhir est continuelle en semaine ce qui occasionne des nuisances quotidiennement. Dommage !

L’annonce est conforme et la location est super pour une famille. Nous Ă©tions en couple uniquement mais il y a de belles chambres .C’était trĂšs calme et idĂ©al pour faire de bonnes grĂące matinĂ©e. Quelques casseroles neuves seraient la bienvenue. La presqu’üle est magique. Le seul point perfectible Ă©tait la propretĂ© et la qualitĂ© du mĂ©nage. Il s’agissait d’un mĂ©nage trĂšs superficiel.

Grande maison familiale fonctionnelle et bien Ă©quipĂ©e avec un grand jardin clĂŽturĂ© ; idĂ©alement placĂ©e dans le centre de Crozon et proche de tous les services , mer visible de l’étage de la maison et Ă  5 min en voiture ! Pour y aller Ă  pied prĂ©voir 20 min (ça descend beaucoup) et surtout du coup au retour, remontĂ©e sportive! On reviendra avec grand plaisir!

Sehr schönes Haus und zuvorkommender Gastgeber

Wir haben die zwei Wochen mit 5 Erwachsenen und 2 Hunden sehr genossen. Der Garten ist komplett umzĂ€unt (das war uns mit den Hunden wichtig). Zimmer sehr einladend, alles notwendige vorhanden, außer einer "normalen" Kaffeemaschine. Der Gastgeber ist schnell und zuverlĂ€ssig. Der Staubsauger hatte den Geist aufgegeben, aber am nĂ€chsten Tag war schon Ersatz da.

Schöner Urlaub in Crozon

Das Haus ist gerĂ€umig und durch zwei getrennte Badezimmer und Toiletten sehr gut fĂŒr zwei befreundete Paare nutzbar. Bei der Ankunft gab es ein paar wenige MĂ€ngel, die wir zu beanstanden hatten - die Toiletten waren nicht sauber und an einer Dusche war die Halterung kaputt. Der Vermieter hat sich aber schnell darum gekĂŒmmert. Das Haus liegt sehr gĂŒnstig - man ist innerhalb von zehn bis fĂŒnfzehn Minuten an unterschiedlichen wunderschönen StrĂ€nden. Wir waren mit unseren Freunden sehr gerne dort und haben den Urlaub genossen.

Schönes Ferienhaus in guter Lage

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut eingerichtet und verfĂŒgt ĂŒber alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man fĂŒr einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Der Garten ist sehr schön, komplett umzĂ€unt und auch perfekt fĂŒr Hunde und Kinder. Das Babybett war leider kaputt, aber es wurde (nach etwas Kommunikationsschwierigkeiten) ein neues Bett gekauft und zur VerfĂŒgung gestellt. Die Lage des Hauses ist gut. Man ist schnell zu Fuß im Ort (BĂ€ckerei, Supermarkt etc.), der Weg zum Meer geht jedoch steil bergab, was man nachher auch wieder rauf muss. Das sollte man bedenken. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Nous avons passĂ© une excellente semaine Ă  Crozon. La maison est trĂšs confortable, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e, lumineuse et chaleureuse et d'une propretĂ© parfaite. On s'y sent comme Ă  la maison. L'espace extĂ©rieur est trĂšs agrĂ©able avec un jardin trĂšs bien entretenu. Elle est trĂšs bien situĂ©e Ă  cinq minutes Ă  pied du centre de Crozon oĂč tous les commerces sont disponibles. La presqu'Ăźle de Crozon est magnifique et nous espĂ©rons pouvoir revenir prochainement.
