Séjour top,appartement bien situé même si éloigné du centre (un peu) belle vue.

Accueil top,appartement bien agencé, vue mer. En négatif :propreté à revoir, lit trop court et vaisselle limitée et pas trop propre!Sinon, on s est senti très bien dans ce logement et on y retournera!!!!

seul point positif, l'emplacement. appartement sale, rempli de poils de chiens, ménage non fait. 1 couette , on peut limite voir au travers et 2 couvertures décousues et trop vieilles, le propriétaire doit avoir peur que les locataires partent avec, ou alors se sont les couvertures du chien. Lustre cassé, ou décoré de toiles d'araignée. Réponse de l'agence immob sur l'état de l'appartement: "je note" Très grande marche pour la douche.

Tout d'abord un grand bravo pour l'accueil sympathique de la dame de l'agence! Agréable et efficace. Nous avons eu la malchance de tomber pendant une semaine de rénovation de l'extérieur du bâtiment: perforateur, échafaudages, Karcher et volets fermés. Pour le repos ou l'intimité, c'était raté. Nous attendons donc un geste de la part de la location. A part ce désagrément, il nous faut signaler la présence d'une plaque chauffante défectueuse, d'où l'impossibilité de faire cuire deux aliments en même temps. Dommage, car l'appartement est idéalement situé pour la plage, propre et bien disposé..
