About this property

An oasis by the sea, ideal for children, pet-friendly, swimming pool

They enjoy the extraordinary climate of the "Costa Cálida" with 300 days of sunshine per year. The "Finca Doña Sofia Maria" is located in San Pedro del Pinatar (Murcia) and near the best beaches of the Mediterranean and the Mar Menor. We have 10 ground floor houses in different sizes.
Enjoy your free time in the Mediterranean community garden of more than 4000 m2.
We have a pool with children's area and large terraces for our guests, barbecue area, chill-out terrace and free WIFI throughout the premises.
The pool is open from Easter until the end of September.
And for the kids our “Kinderland”: playground, giant trampoline, mini-farm, ping-pong table, soccer goals, etc.….
The distance to the beaches of the Mediterranean and the Mar Menor are approx. 5 minutes by car. A car is recommended.
The garden and pool are communal for all our guests.

The house is on the ground floor and has approx. 70 m2

The house has the following distribution:
Lounge with Smart-T. V. and satellite dish.
Dining room / lounge, kitchen, shower room, patio with outdoor shower.
Two double bedrooms with a bed in the dimensions 1.60 m x 2.00 m.
In front of the house is a terrace with furniture to enjoy your free time.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, coffee maker, gas hob, microwave, iron and ironing board for clothes, pots and pans.
Crockery, cutlery and glass for 4 people.
The house has air conditioning and free WIFI.

Parking on our premises: 10 €/day/car.
Pets are allowed. Fee: 30 €/pet/stay (1 pet/house).
