About this property

Charming 2 Bedroom 1 bath ground floor unit in our Central Gardens Duplex. Fresh, moderm decor with redone kitchen and bath. Incredible walkable location in Midtowns most desirable neighborhood. Convenient access to Overton Square, Cooper Young, the Memphis Zoo, and Graceland. I live in the neighborhood and I'm readily available for questions or concerns. There is a smart TV with access to streaming using your Netflix or Hulu account as well as high speed wireless internet.

Exactly as described

This cozy two bedroom duplex is clean and simple and comfortable. It is in a pretty, quitet neighborhood and less than 15 minutes from Graceland. It was perfect for my week of working out of Memphis. The owner texted to check on us and helped us find the towel closet.

Okay stay

We have rented a lot through VRBO. This property was just ok. It was a very accurate listing. It’s a duplex and there are renters next door. The neighbors were not loud at all but we could still hear them pretty much like a hotel or apartment. The location was great which is why we picked this house. The owner was super responsive. My main complaint and the reason I gave three stars is because the beds were not great. We didn’t sleep well and both my husband and I are sore from sleeping on the beds. If the owner upgrades the beds I would upgrade my rating to 4 stars.
