This is a true industrial loft, is preserved in all its' authenticity and century-old character and charm. The architectural features of this property were not lost during the redevelopment, as often happens to so many old buildings in this area. Timber ceilings are frequently hidden and covered in the renovations of these historic warehouses. This building's redesign preserved the massive timber framework, offering an unparalleled historic charm. Our space also occupies the entire back and width of the building, which gives it 3 gorgeous outside brick walls, and 8 south and west-facing windows. This is very rare for the Exchange District. This building was awarded the Heritage Winnipeg Preservation Award of Excellence in tribute to this outstanding gentrification. If you want to stay in an authentic 100-year-old industrial loft, this is as close as you can get without traveling back in time!
