Champagne Sunrise is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath oceanfront home located on the North Coast of Grand Cayman. This property has breathtaking unobstructed views of the Caribbean sea. This vacation home offers an excellent snorkeling spot where you will find amazing vibrant sea life at the coral reef, which is a short snorkel swim from shore. The beach offers long walks in either direction with plenty of white sand beach. Only a short distance from the Rum Point Club and Rail Sail Sports where you will find all water sports/activities. Just think no planes roaring overhead, sirens, train whistles or traffic, just the sea calling. Sliding glass door open to the pool from living area and master suite and just a few short steps to the beach and ocean

Perfect Beach Vacation

Property was as advertised. The location was great. The kitchen was well stocked, but could use some new knives. We enjoyed the pool, snorkeling right off the patio and the proximity to the beach and restaurants at Rum Point.

The house is beautiful, spacious & has everything you need! We loved the location. Great snorkeling in your back yard, close to Starfish point and Kaibo Beach restaurant. We had a great time and hope to be back soon!

Beautiful setting, but noisy nextdoor construction

The house was great, the location was convenient to groceries and activities, and the view is amazing! The home construction nextdoor began each day early morning and went until late night. I assume that eventually the properties will be divided by a better privacy fence and, of course, construction will be complete.

Family and Fun!!!

Beautiful view was a backdrop to loads of fun in the pool, on the beach, and in the house. Peace and quiet allowed us to enjoy our stay with our grandchildren and children without interruption. At nights we played games. We drove to Georgetown, East End, and Seven Mile beach for different adventures and dinning experiences. Overall 5/5.

Wonderful!

We love the North side/Rum point area of Cayman. It is relaxing and a bit quieter than 7 mile beach. Right outside the door of this home is beach snorkeling, kayaking and a private pool with plenty of lounges, chairs & a table for dining. The home has a large open kitchen/dining/living area- great for our family to hang out! This home is very clean, the kitchen is well stocked and there is a good selection of games/activities. Superb! We hope to return!

Wonderful property for a family ! Great location

The atmosphere of the house truly makes you feel like it's yours. The neighborhood is low key and quiet.but there are lots of activities available "right out your door" our family members were never bored or lacked activity with the pool and sea right out the door. Restaurants were walking distance or short drive. We found out that most boat tours and water taxi pick you up down the road. Also the island bus route goes right past the house.

Home away from home!

Our family (3 adults, 2 teenagers) stayed at Champagne Sunrise in April and overall, was a wonderful and relaxing vacation. We have been to Cayman many times over the last 30 years but have never stayed near Rum Point. Very quiet compared to the busyness of SMB. The home was very spacious, clean and stocked with everything we needed. The sandy beach was beautiful with great snorkeling and kayaking. Communication with the host was responsive and they were very accommodating to our special needs. We had a minor issue and the host was quick to resolve. Overall, Champagne Sunrise was a perfect place for our family to relax and enjoy the beauty of Cayman, Highly recommend!

Stunning views and wonderful home!

Our group of five (two university aged kids plus a friend) could not have been more pleased with this gorgeous well-stocked home. The views of the turquoise sea through the back sliders when you first walk in are just jaw-dropping. The home is laid out perfectly for everyone to have their own private space and for coming together for meals and to hang out together. Kitchen is well stocked with spices, other necessities. Beds very comfortable and despite being next to a public beach, the setting is very quiet and private. Pool and patio are just gorgeous with lots of space for sunbathing, reading, eating, napping. Very clean and the management company was extremely prompt and friendly to deal with. We've been staying for 9 years on the North Side in a smaller home than this, but needed more space this year. It was so wonderful to have the pool and some extra space for everyone. Highly recommend this gorgeous home and we hope to be able to rent it for our next visit to Grand Cayman.

Wonderful vacation with friends

My husband and I and three of our friends spent 8 days at Champagne Sunrise on the North Side near Rum Point. The house had a perfect set up for our group with a bright, open floor plan. There are multiple sliding glass doors so you always have a full view of the ocean. All of the beds were comfortable and towels were provided. The kitchen is well equipped with plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker, blender and many other items which was greatly appreciated. Dish soaps were provided as well along with kitchen garbage bags. You may want to bring your own spices as only salt and pepper were in the cupboard. Also, I would pack/buy some bar soap because there were no hand soaps in any of the bathrooms when we arrived, (before we went to the grocery store). The patio was wonderful. We had our coffee outside every morning as we enjoyed the ocean breeze. There are a lot of chaise loungers and deck chairs. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool. There are kayaks available for use with the house. I would suggest staying within the reef area since getting through to the other side is challenging to say the least. One of the best things was an easy access for snorkeling right out front. We swam out closer to the reef and drifted down to the Resort dock where there is a ladder to climb out and walk back up the beach to the house. We saw stingrays, a sea turtle, and an eagle ray on our first snorkel. I would definitely rent this home again.

Perfect home for our family

The house was very comfortable for our group of 6. The weather was absolutely beautiful so we were able to really enjoy the pool, beach, and snorkeling right from the house. We got one visit from Kitty Kai and put out some food found in the house for her. We had one problem that was beyond anyone’s control and was responded to quickly. We didn’t want to leave.

Outstanding property and comfortable!

Beautiful property on the beach looking at the pristine waters and coral reef! Clean, comfortable, quiet, everything working, and properly decorated for the island vibe for vacation! Nice size pool or swim out to coral reef to snorkel. I travel often and my high expectations were met; I would stay again in the future.

Another stellar Va-Cayman!

Our first time at this property. The house is spacious and easily accommodated eight adults. The oceanfront location was perfect for snorkeling down to nearby Rum Point. Abundant sea life including spiny lobster, lion fish, stingray, eel, nurse shark, and a plethora of tropical fish! Also, included in the price of the stay is frequent access to a beach kitty, referred to by previous guests as Kitty Kai! Property owner provides almost everything needed to have a wonderful time. Books, games, snorkel gear for 4 adults and 4 children, kayaks, and so much more. Overall, a very nice rental in a fantastic location! The only shortcomings we found with this property were the occasional insufficient quantity of items for eight guests, the condition of major kitchen appliances, and debris in the pool from the home being constructed next door. Each of these things were addressed by the excellent ladies at North Coast Resort Management(the property mgr).
