Logement situé à 10mn de la mer mais en cette période de canicule, difficile de supporter la chaleur par manque de climatisation et avec un toit terrasse qui restitue la chaleur emmagasinée la journée donc sommeil compliqué et pas de récupération possible. heureusement l'agence nous a fourni des ventilos mais insuffisants avec ces températures.
D'autre part, appartement bruyant en raison de la cour intérieure résonnante et du sans gêne de certains voisins...
A savoir, appartement situé dans un quartier très, très populaire, avec la mosquée à proximité mais sans incidence sur l'ambiance.
