Located within the Villa Regina area of the Venice Villas community is this 1-bedroom villa that is just a 1-minute walk from the communal pool and a 2-minute walk from Venice Villas’ private beach on the Gulf of Mexico where you can enjoy 2 gazebos, long walks, fishing, sunbathing, and beautiful sunsets. This unit comes complete with a well-equipped kitchen, sitting and dining area, screened-in lanai, a separate bedroom with 1 queen bed and 1 full bed, cable TV, and Wi-Fi Internet. For your laundry needs, there is a communal laundry room a minute’s walk from the villa. We’ll see you soon!

Golden Beach Getaway

Nice accommodation close to private beach. Very relaxing getaway. It would be nice to have a few ice cube trays instead of buying ice offsite.

Family birthday gathering

Unit 5 is very comfortable and very well-appointed! My two sisters stayed in other units in this group and all envied our unit. Very up-to-date and a place we would like to stay again.

Relaxing experience

This condo was the perfect relaxing vacation spot for my kids and myself. Beds were super comfy and we absolutely loved the enclosed patio. Everyone at the community was very nice and helpful and the pool was great! We had a blast!

Not St Pete or Siesta Key Sand but still had a nice time at the beach.

I’m not 100% sure but I believe someone must have had pets or a cat in there before our stay. I have a child who is allergic and her first night there she had an allergic reaction like when she has been around a cat. We noticed allergies would happen only when in the room. The shower was not as clean as it should be either but we made the best of the stay. It is a very short walk to the beach along the sidewalk and the gazebo is a nice touch. There is not much to do in that area other than be at the beach and in regards to the sand.. it’s more crushed up shells than sand. We had an overall nice weekend.
