Please Note: While we maintain a clean environment and have regular pest control due to our proximity to the park, guests should be comfortable with the rustic charm that comes with being so close to nature. Our place might not suit those looking for a polished, urban-style accommodation.

This unit is now a monthly rental. For all rentals over 28 days in California, it is considered a long-term stay. This unit is also now a 30-night minimum per Costa Mesa requirement. All bookings over 30 days require a simple lease that can be signed in person or online via Docusign after booking. Thank you!
