The Kihei Kai Nani Resort is a popular, long established, South Maui vacation destination located in a fine area. Our Deluxe 1-bedroom condo has a beach and ocean view. The interior is 621 sq.ft. and the lanai is an additional 100 sq. ft. We are located near the very exclusive resorts in Wailea, yet, our prices are reasonable. Our condo is steps from Kamaole Beach II where you can swim and snorkel. In addition, the Kihei Kai Nani Resort has one of the largest swimming pools in South Maui. Our condo is recently remodeled with WIFI, air conditioning, and two new TVs. We are located on the second floor of Building 1 close to the beach. Our condo has a large lanai where you can watch all the beach activity including incredible sunsets. Maintained to our standards (we use it ourselves), our condo features a new California King bed in the master suite and has been recently remodeled with new appliances. Enhance your Maui vacation with an ocean view accomodation in a great neighborhood at a great price. Sleeps up to four at the same price with no reservation fee.

The Kihei Kai Nani is a resort complex set on six acres of tropical gardens in sunny South Kihei near Wailea. It is located on the South side of Maui about 9-miles/20 minutes from the airport. Kihei Kai Nani is located directly across the street from Kamaole Beach II, one of Maui's finest swimming beaches with lifeguards. The snorkeling is also great off the point between Kamaole Beaches II and III. The Kai Nani is located within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Walk to everything. Major shopping destinations (COSTCO, Safeway, Foodland, Longs) are a short drive away. This is a great neighborhood.

The complex has a 60-ft. swimming pool, a large laundry facility, and free off-street parking. Gas BBQs and picnic tables are located throughout the complex. There is a large raised wood pavilion and deck area where you can host your own gathering. The unit is stocked with beach chairs and children’s beach toys.

Come to Maui and swim, fish, surf, sail, shop, golf, bike 38-miles down Haleakala Volcano, snorkel. Visit the historic whaling town of Lahaina and take the scenic road to undeveloped Hana. See humpback whales off the Kamaole beaches during the winter season.

I travel a lot, and I can honestly say this was by far the best place I’ve ever stayed in. The host was incredible—she gave us all the information we needed right away and then let us enjoy our stay without ever bothering us. The space itself was absolutely perfect for the three of us. She went above and beyond in providing everything we could possibly need and more—plenty of fresh towels, fully stocked kitchen equipment, and so many thoughtful little extras that made us feel completely at home. We had a wonderful stay at Susan’s condo! The place was immaculate when we arrived and had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The bed and pull-out couch were both very comfortable, with plenty of extra pillows and soft linens provided. We loved starting our mornings, walking barefoot to the beach across the street for morning swims and on the lanai with its beautiful ocean view - it was such a peaceful spot.Communication with Susan was excellent - she was kind, responsive, and quick to reply to any questions.Overall, our stay was fantastic, and we would absolutely stay here again on future trips to Maui.
