On the ground floor of a residence facing south: Entrance through the terrace equipped with garden furniture, a living room with sofa, TV, table and kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed 140cm, a room water with shower and toilet. Reversible air conditioning, WIFI, private parking space. SNCF correspondence by bus stop at 50 m. 100 m from a beautiful sandy beach. Quiet, in a residential area on the edge of the village. Gîte close to all amenities on foot. The Bay of Cavalaire, lined with beaches and protected by a circus of wooded hills, is very popular with water sports enthusiasts. Many walks along the coast and in the surrounding mountains. Possibility to rent more G2853 for holidays with family or friends.
