We require a 4 night minimum stay. There are times we will accept a 3 night stay, please inquire.

Our Home: We are the owner/operators of the DDD Home and actually live in the same neighborhood. We are not a rental agency or real estate management company. We have taken great care and pride in remodeling our home to make it original, unique, and most of all, a comfortable Home away from Home for you. We would like you to return and we're confident you will do so after your stay with us.

Our availability Calendar is kept current and up to date. We will do our best to accommodate you in our DDD Home or in one of our 2 sister properties of the same quality and value in the same area.

Amazing short term rental!

This property was perfect for my family while travelling for our wedding! There is lots of space and a beautiful backyard with a hot tub and pool my 1 and 5 year old kids loved! We would definitely return to this short term rental next vacation!!

Clean home inside and outside. Plenty of necessities in the kitchen. Great place to relax at the beginning and end of each day. Lovely pool area. Lots of space. Great communication.

Awesome stay

Everything was smooth and comfortable, and Mike was a very responsive host. The house was ideal for a family trip including kids, grandparents and an uncle (and parents of course). The pool wasn’t heated but we lucked out with 35C heat in mid-April. Location was close to both Red Rocks and the Vegas strip, with grocery stores and other necessities close by.

We had a lovely stay in this excellent house. Everything was as advertised. Peaceful area. Great place to act as a base only short taxi ride from the Strip. Mike came to meet us shortly after we arrived and was very helpful. Highly recommended

Wonderful Family Vacation

Plenty of room for 6 of us. Great communication by the owner. Well stocked kitchen and wonderful layout with plenty of room for 6 adults. Would recommend to anyone with a large group visiting Vegas.

Perfect family home!

This a beautiful home with all the amenities that make a lace feel like home. It was exceptionally clean and welcoming. Mike , the owner, was extremely responsive and the check in process was easy and efficient. We hope to stay here again, maybe in the summer so we can use the beautiful pool and porch area!

Excellent Stay

One of the best properties we’ve stayed in! The house was immaculate and fit everyone (5 of us) very comfortably. The hot tub was amazing to sit in even though it was chilly outside. The pool is very nice and we would love to come back when it’s warmer outside to swim. The location couldn’t be any better to get everywhere including the strip quickly and had everything you could ask for in restaurants and stores right around it. The check in was flawless and the garage door opener with the use of the garage to park was super convenient. We loved everything about this stay and will definitely try to rent again on our next trip out. The host, Mike, was wonderful and available our whole trip for anything we needed. I would rate it a 10 star if I could.

Fantastic family vacation!

The house was clean and comfortable. The spacious layout was perfect for our family of 7. Conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood near plenty of stores and restaurants and a short drive to the Strip. Mike was an incredible host who made sure our stay was pleasant and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this property!

Best Vegas Accommodations

We took our adult children & spouses to Vegas to experience the NFR and had the best time! The house was just perfect for us! It was literally minutes from free parking on the strip and the neighborhood was super nice. The house layout was great for 4 couples. It was too cold to use the outdoor amenities but would have been great in warm weather. Mike was very accommodating and responsive. Would definitely stay there again!!!

Holiday Visit

We rented during the thanksgiving week, very relaxing and was pretty quiet neighborhood on the days we hung out. House was pretty well stocked and spacious. Hot tub was a hit for the husband. We did not use the pool as temp’s outside never made it above 63. Would definitely rent again.

Perfect Stay for those not looking for Strip Action

We are a group of friends who came to Vegas for a softball tournament. This place was a perfect Base Central for dinners, evening relaxing (pool was cold in October - but that’s to be expected), and a quiet space away from the Strip.

A great stay

We had a brilliant week in this lovely house. It’s exactly as described in the listing but in reality so much nicer. Decorated with personal flair, it’s just such a relaxing place to be. We spent most of the week on the pool terrace enjoying the many shaded places to sit and read. The neighbourhood is really tranquil and quiet which we loved. The kitchen was amazingly well stocked with everything we needed and more. But it’s always the little things… Mike was so responsive as was his brilliant housekeeper who was so helpful when we realised I’d left two of my credit cards and drivers licence! The beds were so comfortable and clearly new. All in all we had a really lovely stay and next time we’re in Vegas it will be a return visit.
