Great property kept my family occupied while we waited out the rain in anticipation for game updates. Our purpose was for a baseball tournament. This property provided an amazing getaway from the rain and help make this a memorable outing for my whole family.

This was our second stay at Eric’s property it’s a fantastic big property and the back yard and pool is really relaxing and extremely quiet. A stones throw from the strip and close to the town square.Will be back for sure and will always look to book this home

The house was perfect for our stay. Close to South Point, food and shopping. We had a great time and enjoyed the pool, outdoor areas, and some of the games. The home was clean and well cared for. Lots of supplies and a decent amount of kitchen gear and seasonings. Didn’t realize it was as close to the airport as it was but we enjoyed watching the planes arriving or departing. Didn’t seem noisy to us. Our group had a great time and are talking about next year already.

Eric was an amazing host, the house was incredible with so many things to do! Gorgeous pool and outdoor area, we hated to leave! Very well equipped kitchen, with everything you need to make your meals. I would highly recommend this place to stay, and we can’t wait to come back the next time we bowl in Vegas!

As a man who stays in quite a few VRBO‘s, I have to say this one has probably the most unique outdoor area of any we’ve ever been to. We didn’t have any young ones with us, but if we did, it would’ve been heaven between the pool, putt putt, basketball court and more.(see the pics)
