The unit sits in front of other units with unobstructed views of the Stowe Valley & is upper floor of stand alone 2-unit building affording privacy & remarkable views of Stowe Valley (The Trapp saying is "A little bit of Austria, a lot of Vt") Unit is located within very short easy walk to main lodge & health facilities. Restaurant, bar, bakery & brewery on property. Wood burning fireplace & included firewood on site. Easy drive to mountain road & Stowe Village - including restaurant and Stowe bike path. Min 4-night, but unit is available Saturday to Saturday & we offer weekly discount.

This property was in a great location. The views are amazing. We enjoyed our stay. Our unit needs some maintenance: carpets cleaned, thermostat for heat in small bedroom needs new battery, mold in master shower at caulk line, and clean large window to enhance views.

Wonderful stay

My family and I have stayed at the Trapp Family Guest Houses many times and absolutely love the location of this particular guest house, which is centrally located to all amenities/dining on the Trapp property. The views and setting are so relaxing and cannot be beat. Check-in was seamless. There was an unfortunate mix-up on the initial property listing (incorrect dates), but fortunately we were able to adjust our plans and Chris was incredibly apologetic and made things right. Very satisfied with how he handled the situation and would not hesitate to rent again should the unit be listed again in the future.

Fantastic lodging in Stowe

We really enjoyed our stay at the Trapp Family Lodge guesthouse. The condo was in great shape with plenty of space. The grounds were outstanding. My family had a great stay. Would definitely do this again.
