MAGNIFICENT SEA VIEW. Direct access coastal path (GR34). Access to the Kérou beach by the coastal path (about 7 minutes). Small beach with direct access to the foot of the house. Shops about 4 km.
Enclosed garden of 8500 m², refuge LPO (league of protection of the birds)
Ground floor: entrance, living room giving on terrace facing the sea, fitted kitchen and upscale (fridge / freezer, stove AGA (oven, induction hob), dishwasher, washing machine), bedroom (1 bed 180x200) ) with access terrace, a bathroom, separate WC;
Floor: 3 rooms with each 2 beds 90x200 - possiblité to bring 2 beds in one of the rooms to have a bed 180x200) - sea view of all the rooms, room of water, separated WC.
Equipment: WIFI - washing machine - dishwasher
No pets allowed
Tourist tax: 4% of the cost of the night per occupant
Deposit required on arrival: 1000 €
