10-minute walk to the sea for 2 to 6 people

Pretty comfortable contemporary house facing its garden not overlooked and close to the sea; you will need 10 minutes in the morning to walk to the nearest bakery, for lunch you will dine on the terrace, in the afternoon you can choose between sunbathing on the other terrace above or the beach at 400 m (small bar for lunch or a drink with a view of the sea, rental of kayaks, boards and Paddles) and in the evening you can enjoy the sun for a barbecue on the terrace.
10 minutes from downtown Brest and near the south exit to Quimper and the Crozon peninsula.

Maison spacieuse et lumineuse idéalement placeée dans un lotissement tres calme, boulangerie à 5 bonnes minutes a pied, ainsi que le bord de mer avec une superbe vue et coucher de soleil, avec le Cafe de la cale et le club de sport nautique SNRK où l'on peut louer canoe ou paddle pour pratiquer dans la rade de Brest. Frederic le proprietaire nous a contacté en amont pour échanger avant notre arrivée.

Situation parfaite

Situé non loin d'une petite plage familiale et en plein milieu du Finistère, cette location permet de rayonner dans tout le département. Maison très agréable à vivre, bien équipée et idéale pour un séjour en famille. Frédéric, le propriétaire saura vous accueillir en parfait gentleman.

Merci à Frédéric pour son accueil des plus chaleureux 😊 La maison est vraiment ultra bien équipée et placée idéalement près de la mer et d’un petit centre ville où on trouve tout le nécessaire (boulangeries , épicerie, etc). La maison est grande avec un espace de vue spacieux et de jolies chambres (dont une avec une sdb et une autre avec une terrasse privative !) Je recommande cette location à 100% , et le propriétaire Frédéric sera particulièrement enthousiaste pour vous recommander tout un tas d’adresses et de villes magnifiques à visiter ! Merci encore pour ce séjour en famille particulièrement réussi 👍

Schönes, großes, sauberes Haus mit stilvoller Einrichtung sehr ruhig im Wohnviertel gelegen. Mole mit kleinem netten Café fußläufig erreichbar. Schöne Strände bequem mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter. Alles perfekt.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour! La maison est bien située pour visiter la région de Brest ( à 30/40 mn environ du phare du Petit Minou, Pointe St Mathieu, Landéda, île de Batz...) et est très bien équipée et agréable à vivre! Nous étions 4 couples et n'étions pas les uns sur les autres...Frédéric est un hôte très chaleureux et disponible ! Nous le recommandons sans hésiter !
