Tenuta lies on the gentle hills which face the valley separating Valdarno, Valdichiana and Valdambra at the same distance from Florence, Siena and Arezzo. The farm on the grounds has for years been producing extra virgin olive oil.
Six old farmhouses named Casale La Valle, Casale Presciano, Casale Il Giglio, Casale il Loggiato Cottage il Noce and Poggio alle Case, located on the land of the Estate La Pieve have been charmingly restored.
POGGIO ALLE CASE
Last farmhouse to be renovated at short distance from Il Loggiato and il Noce, this independent barn has a lovely private pool, seasonal opening, ( 4x8m - 1,20m deep) with gorgeous view on the vineyards.
Poggio alle Case - Sleeps 6- 80 square meters. On two floors. Ground floor with large living-room with fully equipped kitchen (cooker, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine), satellite tv.
One door opens onto the pool area and to the garden equipped with table and chairs for dining out. Barbecue at disposal.
Three steps lead to the double bedroom (twin on request) and to the bathroom with shower.
In the living room a wooden open staircase leads to the upper floor with one double bedded room (twin on request) a twin bedroom (double on request) and a bathroom with shower. Iron and ironing board available.
The prices include the use of the apartment with domestic appliances, water, gas, electricity, linen changed weekly, the use of the swimming-pool (seasonal opening), air conditioning (only available in the bedrooms on the upper floor) Wi-fi internet connection available for free. Pets are allowed. To pay extra on the premises: central heating in winter, final cleaning , baby cot on request. Key deposit 100€ and tourist tax must be paid cash upon arrival.
