Great location for the horse show and a very cute little house to live in for two weeks. I would’ve loved some towels for the pool though.

Beautiful villa - excellent communication.

My family and I enjoyed a week here. Beautifully presented villa - photos do not do the property justice. Facilities clean and very well equipped. We needed nothing. Very short walk to the gorgeous beach. Catherine was outstanding as a host manager; she constantly checked to see if we were OK. Water damage (totally out of hosts control) was a shame and the wifi was temperamental. However, we would not hesitate to return. Perfect property and host. Thank you.

Schönes Häuschen

Alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Gut ausgestattet, tolle Lage. Übergabe mit der betreuenden Agentur hat super geklappt. Einziges Manko: die zu kurzen Betten mit sehr weichen Matratzen. Mein Mann (189cm, 100kg) und ich (168cm, 63kh), hatten nach zwei Tagen Rücken- und Hüftschmerzen. Aber davon ab, ein wirklich sehr schönes Objekt, mit allem, was das Herz begehrt, tollem Pool und kurzem Weg zum Strand. Man ist schnell in Pego, Dénia oder Oliva. Auto ist natürlich ein Muss. Die Waschmaschine fand ich bei zwei kleinen Kindern sehr hilfreich. Wäsche aufhängen kann man direkt hinterm Haus auf langen Leinen. Ein zusätzlicher Wäscheständer steht auch parat. Grillen kann man in der Außenküche. Die Küche selber ist gut ausgestattet, mit Herd, Backofen, Mirkowelle, großem Kühlschrank mit Gefrierschrank, reichlich Geschirr und Kochtöpfen/Pfannen. Für unser Kleinkind war ein Hochstuhl vorhanden und auch ein Baby Bett. Alles insgesamt hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir würden wieder kommen. Dann aber gerne mit neuen Matratzen - und Auflagen für die Liegen am Pool wären toll!

Perfekte Lage, Unterkunft mit leichten Mängeln

Die Lage des Hauses ist einmalig, hier wird einem nicht zu viel versprochen. Der Pool wäre eigentlich aufgrund der Nähe zum Strand überhaupt nicht erforderlich, ist aber dennoch ein Traum und liegt den ganzen Tag in der Sonne. Das Badezimmer ist top, Dusche sehr geräumig und nicht das übliche Problem, dass das Wasser nur tröpfchenweise aus der Brause kommt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, allerdings wären unserer Meinung nach einige Abdichtungen nötig, aus denen schon mal Ameisen krabbeln. Leider wird im Inserat nicht erwähnt, dass es sich bei den Einzelbetten um Kinderbetten handelt, größere Personen passen hier also nicht rein. Schade ist auch, dass an den Fenstern im Wohnbereich keine Fliegengitter sind. An allen anderen Fenstern sind sie aber vorhanden. Auch nicht erwähnt wird, dass lediglich französische und spanische TV-Sender verfügbar sind. Wir hätten uns auch gefreut, wenn wir für die Stühle im Außenbereich Sitzauflagen gehabt hätten. Ein bequemes Sitzen war nämlich dadurch nicht wirklich möglich. Alles in allem haben wir unseren Urlaub aber genossen!!

nous regrettons que les lits simples soient trop petits pour vous mais ils sont de taille normale 90 x 190 , nous prendrons les prochains plus grands. la villa étant climatisée et les fenêtres devant être fermées nous avons choisi de ne pas mettre des moustiquaires partout. pour la TV nous allons compléter notre annonce suivant votre remarque. nous sommes heureux que la villa vous ait été agréable.

Fantástica casa para disfrutar

Estuvimos una semana a finales de agosto y realmente hemos disfrutado mucho. De primeras la atención de la agencia es muy buena desde el inicio hasta el fin, siempre atentos a cualquier necesidad, por otra parte la casa es ideal para pasar unos días de relax, con una piscina que hizo las delicias de niños y mayores y la cercanía a la playa. Además, la casa cuenta con todo tipo de menaje, sin duda se merece una nota máxima.

Demasiados mosquitos

La casa esta bien en líneas generales pero no se puede estar en el porche porque te comen los mosquitos. la limpieza podría estar mejor. Los rieles de la ducha tienen una capa que no es nueva. Tuvimos un problema con la luz un viernes a las 5 de la tarde y no pudieron atendernos hasta las 8 porque estaban muy liados, afortunadamente lo solucionamos nosotros. .

Buenas noches, Lamentamos su comentario sobre la limpieza de nuestra villa a la que estamos muy atentos. la señora de la limpieza resolvió inmediatamente el problema que se advirtió a su llegada. la presencia de mosquitos durante este período es aleatoria y dependiendo de las condiciones climáticas, la casa está equipada con lámparas repelentes de mosquitos y nos sorprende que no las haya utilizado. cuando trató de comunicarse con nuestra gerente, Catherine, se estaba reuniendo en una zona montañosa sin red telefónica. ella le devolvió la llamada en cuanto escuchó su mensaje y durante su estancia le preguntó si todo iba bien. no reportó nada ni siquiera en el momento de su partida. por lo tanto, lamentamos que su estancia no le haya proporcionado una completa satisfacción.

Fantástica

Casa perfecta para una estancia tranquila, perfectamente equipada para pasar una larga temporada, con un baño reformado y amplias habitaciones. Una magnífica playa a 300 metros y una buena piscina en la propiedad ideal para los niños, ademas de suficiente terreno para juegos y actividades. Entorno muy tranquilo. Una única pega: faltan utensilios para hacer barbacoas. La atención del agente inmobiliario, Caterine, excelente.
