Came up with a group of friends for the pickerel lake jump in and we had a great time. Cottage is in an awesome location. Host was a great communicator and very accommodating. Would stay again.
Overall, this was a great cottage for our hunting trip. There were some cleanliness issues when we arrived, but Jeff was very responsive and timely with his communications with us. We worked through the minor issues, and I must say, Jeff was a real pleasure to work with. He checked in on us throughout our stay, making sure everything was going well, and answered every question we had. The cottage is beautiful and in a great location. Lots of deer in the yard and neighbors yard too! Quiet, peaceful, relaxing stay!

Perfect Lake Home for the Family Vacation
The family gets together every summer for a long weekend at a Wisconsin summer home. Cranehaven was the best place that we have stayed so far. It had everything we could possibly imagine. The days were spent boating and swimming on the lake, fishing, playing yard games, golfing, hiking and visiting one of the several bar/restaurants on Pickerel Lake - which you can get to by boat from Crane Lake. The nights were spent around the bonfire with the family. The cabin had plenty or room to accommodate all 12 of us and was well kept and exceptionally clean. This is the perfect place for any family gathering. Jeff was easy to book with and knows the area very well. Thanks to Jeff and Patti for providing the opportunity to stay at their wonderful north woods cottage. We cant wait to come back next year!

Sure to return to Cranehaven!
Cranehaven is a place that we will definitely return to in the future! Our family, along with our dog Buddy, loved swimming in the lake, fishing, going for boat rides, watching movies, having campfires and golfing at the local golf course where my husband is very proud that he got his first hole in one!!! Even though we had one rainy day, we visited beautiful Crandon and had lots of fun shopping, eating, and visiting the casino. After spending several days at the cabin, my family and I felt as if our we belonged there. Patti's directions were very clear and left us without any questions. We will be sure to return to this cabin in the near future!!!

GREAT Family Vacation June 16-20, 2010
The cottage was awesome! We had a great family vacation. Our grand-daughter (21 mo.) caught her first fish and even helped with worms. There was plenty of space for all, even the dogs. The neighbors where friendly and helpful with fishing reports. Golfing was a blast and so were the "local establishments."
We had a fishing boat. It was very nice to be able to have it tied to the dock. We could fish anytime of day and catch something. Canoeing was also fun.
Every day we would watch the Eagles and even saw them land on the neighbors lawn. We would highly recommend to any one. Jeff was easy to talk to and very helpful.

Loved your Lake Home !
We had a wonderful time here, only 3 days, but wished it were longer, it was beautiful, clean, spacious, wonderful front yard, great dock/water access. The house was beautifully decorated and the personal pictures made me feel like I was visiting family ! The fishing was great. Even tho it rained the entire first day we loved the cottage and stayed indoors and played board games, felt so cozy. Jeff was quick to respond to my email questions and explained everything to open up and close down concisely and accurately. Thanks to Jeff & Patti, the owners for sharing your lovely lake haven.
