CAPBRETON- Residence "Paradise Océan"- Villa patio of 40m2 with swimming pool in joint ownership and parking. The cycle paths provide direct access to the beach of Santocha and "La Piste". Classified 2* in 2025. Free Wifi.
Living room on terrace. Kitchen area: 2-burner induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine. Shower room (0.88x2.19): sink and shower. Separate toilets. Bedroom 1 (3.38x2.32): 1 bed 140. Upstairs: Mezzanine (open above living room (2.74x1.25 + 1.48x0.91): 1 bed 90, carpeted floor. Bedroom 2 (3.36x2.31) : 1 double bed, carpeted floor, garden furniture and electric plancha table. The swimming pool is open from June to September.
The villa is small but the sleeping areas are separated. Vacationers appreciate the situation allowing them to no longer use their cars. Furniture and decoration "80s". "La Piste" or "Santocha" beaches, shops, seasonal market and activities are easily accessible. Cycle paths pass nearby and lead everywhere to the resorts of Capbreton and Hossegor.
