Stunning coastal condo! Only 150 steps from the beautiful tree-lined Victoria Drive overlooking the waterfront showcasing the most spectacular sunsets. Literally a 5-minute walk to the marina and delightful downtown Dunedin. One block to the Pinellas Bike Trail. .

The condo is located on the ground floor with tranquil views of the courtyard from both your living and bedroom space. Easy access from the back patio to the pool. The condo is secure with a numerically coded entrance to the main condo building.

The condo has everything to make your stay comfortable. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a luxurious memory foam mattress.

Modular sofa with twin chaise loungers for maximum comfort for watching TV. The sofa can also be converted into a bed for an overnight guest.

There is a 48-inch Smart TV (main living room), Cable, Netflix, Amazon Prime and WIFI.

The kitchen has full size appliances including dishwasher, stove and refrigerator. You will also find dishes, cutlery, glasses, pans etc.

The bathroom has a renovated walk-in shower, vanity storage, and a good-sized storage closet.

A full-size washer and dryer are located in the condo. Central air conditioning & heating with ceiling fans in the bedroom and living/dining areas.

Condo is stocked with linens, towels, laundry detergents, toilet paper, toiletries, and cleaning supplies.

Heading to the beach? The condo has 2 beach chairs, 1 beach shade tent, 3 beach towels and a small cooler with freezer blocks.

The trolley runs daily going north to Tarpon Springs and south to Clearwater Beach. Passenger Ferries to Clearwater Beach run from Dunedin Pier on Friday/Saturday/Sunday or daily from downtown Clearwater (free parking). Great way to avoid bridge traffic & beach parking costs!

Public golf, boat, kayak and bike rental, boat rides, ferry to Caladesi Island and Clearwater Beach all close.

Great Property

This property had everything I could have wanted. It was beyond well stocked for a long term stay. The location was fabulous with many restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. The property itself was clean and comfortable.

Condo is in the perfect location for Dunedin visit. Quiet yet very walkable to downtown restaurants and pier. Short drive to many beaches. Pool area is nice but water is cold.

Downtown Dunedin Flamingo Condo

This is a well maintained condo in the heart of Dunedin. It is clean and nicely furnished, suitable for a single or a couple. Minutes from multiple restaurants, breweries, walking trail and the beach. Owner is very conscientious about making sure it is well stocked and even had decorations up for the holidays.

I really enjoyed the stay here! The property is very comfortable and very livable for an extended stay. It doesn't feel like a place that is just set up for renters, and the little details that make a longer stay more comfortable are done well (e.g. the bedroom has great storage, the kitchen has great cooking ware and tons of utensils, the wifi is strong, etc.). Karen was incredibly responsive, flexible and helpful throughout the visit. The location was also very convenient to downtown Dunedin and within short walking distance restaurants, parks, trails, etc. Would absolutely recommend staying here.

Wonderful condo

Stayed in Dunedin for month of march 2024 Thanks to Karen, it was a breeze to get into the condo. Everything is as as it was shown in the listing Wonderful host- everything and I mean everything was supplied for our time there. Great walking through Dunedin- recommend the Beatles museum Thankyou hope to be back soon!

Wonderful stay

Karen had a list of events for Dunedin for the month in the condo and lots of little things that make a stay nice. Location is wonderful for market, sunsets and seeing the great horned owls on Victoria Drive, & free yoga Saturday morning. Cute flamingo decorations and even Christmas decorations for December. Comfortable king bed. Pool not heated for winter. 2 small dehumidifier units to empty. Well equipped kitchen since we cooked most of the time. Great place.

General Impressions

The property owners are great and very responsive. I am not liking the extra fees that VRBO adds. The HOA there does not heat the pool in January so do not depend on swimming. Otherwise this location affords a lot of exploring all over the Gulf and the area has an incredible bike trail. It was great to be in a town with no high rises and the best restaurants and entertainment scene.

Why they chose this property

We chose this property for its perfect location to the water and downtown. We absolutely love that it is within walking distance of the downtown Dunedin shops and restaurants. The waterfront along the tree-lined Vicotria Drive is literally 150 steps from the condo, perfect to take an evening stroll to watch the sunset. The Pinellas trail is located just one block in front of the condo which is the perfect place for a morning walk or bike ride.
