At the crossroads, between Ruoms and Vallon Pont d'Arc, in the heart of the attractive pole of Ardèche, we welcome you all year round in our fully equipped, air-conditioned chalet, individual barbecue.
The chalet is located in the countryside, between vineyards and rivers south of the Ardèche, close to all amenities.
It consists of: a bedroom with a double bed with its bathroom and toilet, terrace accessible from the bedroom.
a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, multi-function microwave, fridge with freezer, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker and Tassimo pod coffee maker) open to the living room: convertible bench seat for 2 people. flat screen TV, reversible air conditioning,
a second bedroom with its bathroom and toilet. terrace accessible from the bedroom: a bunk bed, a single bed convertible into 2 places.

Possibility to rent hotel packs (sheets + towels + bed made on arrival ) €20 per person / stay
cleaning of stay : 90€ pay on arrival by cash
Only 2.5 km from the town of Ruoms, accessible directly on foot or by bicycle via the greenway (25 minutes) or 3 minutes by car.
In a friendly setting, come and discover our region where you can practice hiking, horse riding, mountain biking, canoeing, and many other activities such as 'chaise-longue' simply!
Once a week, I take you on a stroll to discover or re-discover some characterful villages: Labeaume, Balazuc .. A welcome aperitif in July / August will allow you to get to know each other and introduce you to many places to visit.
You can also discover the silk museum in Lagorce, discover a nougaterie, admire the talents of a glass blower in Ruoms, taste many regional products: chestnut cream, goat cheese, cold meats, and wines directly on site.
Possibility to store your bikes in a closed room.
Merlot chalet 6/8 people:
With two covered terraces serving the bedrooms, you will also enjoy the beautiful summer evenings of a charcoal barbecue.
Living area, lounge and fitted kitchen. Flat screen TV, DVD player, loan of board games.
The chalet has the enclosed swimming pool where children are the sole responsibility of their parents or carers.

Excellents accueil et bienveillance des propriétaires, location bien équipée, climatisée, avec piscine fort appréciable vu la chaleur de l’été. Permet d’acceder facilement aux sites à visiter, gorges, grottes... Location super top !

Super semaine en famille. Le chalet est très bien équipé et offre tout le confort et le calme pour passer de très belles vacances à deux pas des sites caractéristiques du sud Ardèche. Pour ne rien gâcher, l'accueil des propriétaires est très chaleureux. A recommander!

Pour passer une agréable séjour en Ardèche je vous conseil les chalets de chamonts qui sont situés idéalement prêt du centre de ruoms pret de vallon pont d arc etc.... Tout en étant au calme, la piscine est très agréables, les chalets sont très bien équipés, et les propriétaires sont au petits soin pour les locataires, très bonne expérience pour nous.

Wir waren 3 Tage zum Kanufahren an der Ardeche, das Chalet war genau passend für uns. Sehr gut ausgestattet gab es nichts was uns gefehlt hätte.(Denkt an Spülmaschinentabs ;-)) Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt im Ort. Wir können das Chalet nur empfehlen.

les chalets super sympa à recommander, très bien consu spacieux, au calme. Les propriètaires sympas, à proximité des activités. Nous avons passé un bon week end avec nos petits enfants agés de 24 mois et 20 mois, ils se sont amusés dehors petite maison + toboggan + les activités extérieures pas très loin du chalet nous avons apprécié. Excellent accueil, Gîte très bien aménagé avec une belle terrasse couverte, piscine très agréable. Au calme à seulement quelques minutes en voiture des commerces. Nous avons pu emprunter la voie verte réservée aux piétons et cyclistes pour se balader directement des chalets. La cuisine est très bien équipée avec le lave-vaisselle ! très appréciable en vacances ! Les propriétaires nous ont fait déguster les vins de leur production que nous avons apprécié. Une bouteille est d’ailleurs offerte à notre arrivée. Les enfants profitaient de la piscine de notre retour de balades à la rivière Labeaume, village classé à ¼ d’heure de notre gite. Village magnifique ! Nous reviendrons c’est sur !! Margot et Maxime et leurs enfants aout 2015

Super séjour aux chalets de Mr et Mme Roume, propriétaires très acceuillants et disponibles. Le chalets est entièrement équipé et nous permet d'avoir un confort de vie très satisfaisant! Le + : le domaine viticole de Mr Roume qui détient d'excellents vins et possibilité de visiter la cave! Nous espérons puvoir revenir l'an prochain à une période plutot estivale afin de profiter des activités que nous propose cette si jolie Ardeche!

Nous avons passé un moment très agréable avec nos deux enfants de 2 et 5 ans. La piscine est super et à côté du chalet (pratique avec les enfants...) et le cadre est typique de l'Ardèche . Accueil très sympathique ! Les chalets sont neufs, très agréables et le nôtre était tout équipé pour des enfants en bas-âges. Petit plus, nous avons pu déguster le vin du propriétaire !

Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances dans le chalet Merlot. Excellent accueil des propriétaires qui sont disponibles et de bon conseil pour les visites. Le chalet est très bien pourvu et la piscine non loin de là a ravi nos enfants. Nous recommandons cette location, point de départ de nombreuses visites. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Toller Urlaub für die ganze Familie

Mal eine Bewertung auf Deutsch: Wir waren 2 Wochen bei Cecile und Pierre und es war für die ganze Familie (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder im Alter von 8 und 5) ein wirklich toller Urlaub. Das Häuschen (Merlot) ist erst 2 Jahre alt und prima eingerichtet. Den Pool fanden v.a. unsere Kinder super. Als Abwechslung zu Ardeche und Beaume prima. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und machen einen hervorragenden eigenen Wein, den man vor Ort kaufen kann. Viele Grüße aus Deutschland. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
