In a residence in the heights of Saint Martin with a view of the medieval village of Aiguéze, rental cottage "Aiguèze" new and air conditioned.

The residence "Le château St Martin" of 4500 m2, includes a bowling alley, green areas, and terraces at the edge of a magnificent infinity pool (heated).

Located at the entrance of the Gorges de l'Ardèche tourist route (30 km from Vallon Pont d'Arc), 100m from the shops of the city center of St Martin d'Ardèche and 200m from the beach (Ardèche), the gîtes (over 30 m2) are composed of:
1 living room with flat screen TV and air conditioning
1 fully equipped kitchen
1 bathroom with walk-in shower
1 bedroom with closet and air conditioning
1 private terrace of 15 m2
(Maximum capacity of 4 people per lodging).

The cottages are classified furnished tourism 3 * in 2019.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in netter Residenz mit tollem Pool

Ich hatte einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus Aiguèze. Das Haus ist supersauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Von der großen Terasse hat man einen herrlichem Ausblick. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und bei Fragen oder Problemen immer ansprechbar.Alles in allem war es eine perfekte Auszeit.

Très bonnes prestations de cette location. Le seul inconvénient: une route avec un important trafic passe juste en dessous de la terrasse. Surtout que celle-ci n'est pas précisée dans l'annonce. Propriétaire sympathique et à l'écoute.

Accueil de Philippe très chaleureux. Gite comme sur les photos. Piscine inqualifiable tant elle est belle. Gite bien situé. 5 minutes à pied de St Martin et de la plage. Bien situé pour découvrir la région. Seul "bémol", la route qui passe à proximité mais pas trop gênante . A recommander.

Une belle adresse ....

Un beau gîte propre et bien équipé situé dans une belle petite résidence bien amenagée ( piscine à débordement, terrain de pétanque. Table de ping pong) . Philippe le propriétaire est très accueillant et très attentif au bien être de ses hôtes. Quant a la région : un vrai régal de la découvrir... et de la redécouvrir très bientôt...
